They were great. Very helpful salesperson. Friendly staff. Clean, well stocked store. Love my new Yoga.

More smiles are needed. I love Best buy and I like interacting with some of the workers of Best buy but when I walk into that store I should be greeted with a smile, especially if I plan on spending over $300... But thank you. Best buy. I don't have to worry about my items being given to the wrong person because their security protocol is tight and I like that. Stay powerful. Stay blessed

Salespeople were very helpful and friendly. Went in with someone set in their ways, and the salesperson completely understood and was on top of things. The only weird part was that it wasn't busy, but still had to wait to be helped. Don't believe that it is the salespersons fault, probably a staffing issue. (Not enough staffing)

Got the computer we wanted. Service was good and got a discount sale price. Was cheaper than priced a week before. I'm glad I decided to go pick it up in Cville. I went to Harrisonburg and did not have in stocks. It was more expensive online.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me when I broke my phone in the past, I bought an Xbox here and they also helped me with my more recent iPhone troubles all free of charge.

I went on a weekday and they weren't terribly busy, so I was able to get a lot good advice about choosing a new cell phone.

It was great except for an employee that had a fit about a plastic bag. When you buy several items totalling almost $150.00 you need a bag. The guy that rang us up got a bag. But to the very rude soapbox employee, the state does NOT require a bag tax! It allows city/county to implement a tax. So NOT STATE LAW. It's city ordnance.

Mike in the car audio dept. is amazing! He follows up with the customer and is very understanding when it comes to rescheduling. He provided several potential solutions and a lot of info I did not know I needed.

This one of their larger stores and they had computers on display that you don’t see at the smaller stores. People were nice and the location is convenient.

Came and installed my washer efficiently and quickly and even gave me a tutorial on use...

Came in to just look around and April helped me find some choices on new lap tops . Trying to start a photography business and she walked me through all my options. She even wrote down everything we talked about! Had multiple employees check in on us but April spent a good amount of time helping me.

Somebody give Ryan a raise okay?! We drove 1hr 20min to this particular store because they were the only ones that had the ebike we needed in a hurry. Driving was wayyy quicker than waiting for shipping. The product we purchased had a defective battery and Ryan helped ensure we leave the store with a working bike. He went up on the lift twice and assisted with trying to charge the battery. He went above a beyond. My appreciation for this store’s customer service is above matched. Thank you Ryan!

Whether there to bug a thermostat for my house and i got a good help from Darius he was really helpful find the equipment that I wanted good job guys keep up the good work

The Geeks are Great!
I made an appointment with the GEEK SQUAD yesterday to have someone help me with a MACBOOK PRO to a New MacBook AIR. Today I arrived for my appointment and was seen right away. I had some questions about getting files from the old MacBook to the New Air. Everything was explained to me and I was shown what and how to do it. Excellent customer service, especially with Mauricio - who I believe is new to the store as a 'GEEK'. I hope you keep this kid and advance him. He was extremely helpful and very patient with this 73 year old woman. Mauricio has excellent communication skills. Thank you, Best Buy Cville!

We did a curbside pickup for a TV. We were driving through on the way to Staunton and I was concerned that the TV wouldn’t be ready since we had ordered it late the previous night. We rolled up, popped the trunk and we had our TV in the car and back on the road in about 3 mins. Best Buy has their act together with their curbside pickup. Super happy and on schedule.

The Charlottesville Best Buy is one of the best Best Buy’s I’ve ever stepped foot in.
Ben near the phone section is a awesome employee. He went out of his section and helped us look at laptops and decide which one we wanted. He made sure we were satisfied customers and even went so far to walk to the other end of the store to get something for us just so we didn’t have to walk over there ourselves. What a guy!! Awesome store!!

I went into the store looking for a laptop. I was approached within about five minutes, but I was still just browsing at that moment. There wasn't an associate in the department again for about about fifteen minutes, and by that time I had decided on an open box item. I was able to take a look at the condition of it before deciding to make a purchase, but had to wait a few minutes for the associate to find it. So far I'm happy with my purchase, but would have liked to have spent a little less time waiting for an associate.
