AMAZING STAFF! I needed a jacket zipper repaired that wasn’t even patagonia brand, and they took incredible care to fix it for me! They were so sweet and kind and helpful. Store is HUGE as well, much bigger than the north face store.

This is the best store with the most friendly staff. Took my 2 year old ski jacket that had a missing zipper & John fixed it within 10 minutes at no charge. They were also very helpful in helping me find other items I was looking for. Just the best!!!!

Huge props to the staff at the Breck store. Amazing service and even patched up my vest while I was filling out the form to send my puffy hoody to get the zipper repaired. Thanx a ton guys, will definitely be back, not just for the awesome products, but also for the amazing service you guys provided!

Loved this store and brand. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need help with sizing or if you are looking for help with a pack or anything like that. Also there is a nice selection and variety of clearance items located on the second floor. So my personal favorites are the Patagonia vest because they are so light weight keep you very warm and the Patagonia quilted sweatshirt for women because it is not onlyCute and stylish but it also serves the purpose of keeping you warm.

My wife and I each bought a raincoat here this past weekend. On Sunday while adventuring we both took spills that tore our new jackets. We took them back to the store to explore options with the salesperson fully expecting to be SOL, but to our pleasant surprise he happily returned our $$$ for the busted jackets. We will definitely return to Patagonia and this store in particular.

Was walking down Main St. in Breck and decided to stop by Patagonia for an extra layer, very glad I did so!! Had the pleasure of being helped by a very knowledgeable and caring staff member named Anna. If you stop by Patagonia in Breck ask for Anna because I’m sure she will get you what you need! Feeling confident with my purchase
