Grand Timber Lodge

We stayed in the suit, which is the smaller room with a queen and pull-out futon. But for the 4 of us, it worked just fine. The location is perfect! Close enough to town and shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 8 am -10 pm. The pools and amenities meet our expectations and more. The food at The Boot has great food and service; never disappointed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Place is one of the best hotels Ive ever been to. The rooms are great, they beds are very comfortable and they provide you with everything you need, trash bad, dishwasher soap and laundry soap, pots and pans and all silverware. Not only they the other things they have is so nice, between the 2 pools, activity center, grills, Grand room and the arcade and movie theater it's really the best place to stay if you going to break n ridge.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Very well furnished and the living room also had a pullout bed. Kitchen adequately equipped to cook a meal or two.

Well maintained pool and amenities. Store on sight for any daily needs. Did not try the restaurant but bar was ok.

Rooms were clean and bed was fine. Bed works differently for everyone but i had good sleep all the nights we stayed.

Nice resort...pool/hot tub is great, fun activities with kids. Convenient location, we walked to town everyday. No A/C but comfortable with the window open, beds are firm but my wife and I like firm mattresses. We'll be back again soon.

We are proud timeshare owners at GTL. When we aren’t staying at the resort we enjoy day use of the facilities. Our favorite features are the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, all seasons. Winter skiing with day use of shower/locker room is a plus. Concierges helpfully arrange parking and shuttles to downtown Breckenridge, where parking is impossible to find when tourists fill the town. They also help with restaurant reservations, etc.

Loved using the free shuttle to go down to Main Street. Friendly staff and drivers. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and we liked having the gas grills near the rooms.

Great staff. Always willing to help. We discovered we had an issue the with our dishwasher at 8pm. Within the hour maintenance was there to check it. They were back at 10am the next day and had it fixed. I appreciated the speed in which they resolved the problem.

I’m not an avid skier, but this place makes me want to become one. The hot tubs, spa treatments, and suits are outstanding. Equipped with large, full kitchen, dishwasher, and jet bubble tub, it’s a wonderful home away from home experience.

Absolutely excellent accommodations for Breckenridge visits! The cluster of buildings at the Grand Timber Lodge has everything you could ever want or need at s ski resort. We were able to park our car in the heated parking garage and utilize the free shuttle for the entire weekend! We didn't touch the car again until we left for home.

There are two pool/hot tub facilities on site, a movie theater, a concierge and so much more! Every one of our needs, and wants, was attended to highly satisfactorily. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

What an incredible place to stay. To have a ski and ski out is priceless. On top of that the staff has been absolutely incredible. They have streamlined their service so you can get things you may need for the room with a simple text. The shuttle system and amenities are top notch!

Huge fan of this property and its sister properties, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, Grand Colorado on Peak 8. Great location and amenities. Customer service is first rate.

The pool and outside area are great. The room was big enough for 4. Great location next to main Street Breckenridge.

Amazing location where you can ski straight to the slopes and straight back to your room. Free shuttle that takes you to town. Amazing front desk service. Mary is the BEST! She checked us in and was amazing. To top off the whole trip, we were in the lobby around 7pm when I realized we missed the cookie service (it’s on weekends at 4pm). I had been looking forward to cookies after skiing all week, but we unfortunately lost track of time and forgot to visit the lobby. Mary heard us talking about this, and brought out a whole plate of leftover cookies!!! This was the highlight of my day. Thanks Mary!!

This place is great! The location is perfect, being right next to peak 9. The free shuttles that run daily is so convenient. I booked a studio this time around which contains all the amenities you would need including a kitchenette, but will book a bigger room next time and will bring more people!

Beautiful resort and sparkling clean! Amenities are great and location is incredibly convenient. Shuttle service was also amazing and very quick for pick-ups!

My wife and I have stayed at many Time Shares and we think that this is the best so far.

Beautiful location, very clean rooms, and a wonderful staff.

On the morning that we were leaving I thought that I had lost my driver's license and the staff jumped right in to help out.

Luckily I found my license with the rental car papers that we had placed in one of the pockets in the car.

With all of the traveling I had forgotten that I had placed it there.

Anyway, a wonderful place, we will be back.

We have stayed at Grand Timber Lodge before, and will definitely stay there again. Beautiful resort in a beautiful area. Staff are helpful, professional, and personable. Shuttle service is prompt and convenient, making it easy to get to and from the downtown area. Truly a first class operation.

Outstanding place to stay in Breckenridge! We could not have had a better time. We stayed 4 days. When we were too exhausted from hitting the slopes, the on site restaurant/bar, hot tubs and amenities were so clutch! When we had enough energy to explore the town, the shuttle was so convenient!! The drivers were all awesome and had great suggestions, stories and customer service that made our trip even better.
There are multiple hot tubs which was nice so none were ever too crowded, the room with kitchenette was fantastic. I saw a fox trot through the property, so cool!!
The front desk, concierge and house keeping teams were all fabulous and provided everything we could even think to ask for and more.
Highly recommend this lodge for people looking to spend a few days in Breckenridge, hit the slopes or just escape to the mountains.
