I'm sending all my friends here for their touring and bike needs. From the start, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable to help me pick out new boots for my touring set up. With their help, I learned my resort boots were too big and my new boots felt so much better. They adjusted my resort and touring skis for my new boot size while I waited - so nice! On top of their great service, they had good prices too. Thank you, Wilderness Sports!

My wife and I bought our bikes from Wilderness Sports a couple of years ago and it has been a great experience from day one. We went in today convinced we needed new brake pads (the brakes worked fine but we thought they must be due based on the time) and JT one of the owners looked at them and said they were fine. Honesty is in such short supply these days. Plus he put my wife's bike straight on the rack and fixed a shifting issue she had and sent us on our way without charge. A top notch customer service and all round shop. The best.

I've been a long time customer of this shop for all my back country and biking needs and I cannot say enough about the amazing staff and owners.

Truly a great experience whether you're spending a few $$ getting something fixed or looking to make big $$ purchases on bikes and skis.

Always extremely helpful and transparent and never pushy about purchases. I think it took me about 2 years until I finally bought a high $$ bike from them and regardless of that prior they always treated me amazingly.

Best shop in Summit County for all your needs, backcountry, biking, climbing and pretty much everything else.

I went in to pick up my mtb, which required a new dropper post install, and received excellent service. The customer flow was excellent, even though it was a little busy in the store. The mechanic double checked the installation and fit of the dropper post and took time to readjust and add cable so I was totally satisfied. I got to chat with Lucy, a part-owner, and she was delightful. She had great insights, was not pushy at all, and provided a lot of good information about what my next bike should be and offered to help as much as she could. I have had nothing but good experiences here.

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and were super willing to work with me to get my tire seated and back out on the trail. They had a great selection of gravel tires and had just the one I needed which is crazy given the current state of shop inventory.

Best bike shop ever - they really care to help you. We drove 1000 miles from Texas which was rough on our bikes. We came in here with brake issues on one bike, gear issues on another, and the last one needing a new cassette. The Wilderness team worked with us on every single issue, helped us brainstorm solutions when they were unable to get the needed parts, and made us feel like they were determined to get us back on the road in great condition. The team here made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of bike repair. They also gave us beginner cyclists a quick tutorial on replacing a tube.

These guys are awesome and saved my cycling trip while visiting Frisco.

I flew to CO for a week of cycling and brought with my road bike. It was disassembled for travel (in bike case). After reassembly, the Di2 shifting wasn't working. I tried 2 other bike shops first and neither could help. A friend recommended Wilderness. Due to part shortages, Wilderness indicated they may not be able to fix the bike but they would diagnose the problem.

I brought them my bike and sure enough, they found the problem in a few minutes. A Di2 cable needed to be replaced. Luckily, they had one is stock. Within 15 minutes, they replaced the cable and put on new bar tape.

The cost was very reasonable at $100 with the vast majority for materials (cable and bar tape).

If it wasn't for the Wilderness technician, my bike would have just been a paper weight during this trip. Thank you again for saving my cycling trip.

They have moved the shop around and it looks good! I liked the feel of the layout. They were wonderful and had the things I needed; a bike box, a new SRAM chain and cleaning brushes for my bikes. Than k you Wilderness Sports.

Easily one of the best bike shops in the county. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They're very comfortable working on high-end racing mountain bikes (I'm sure every kind of bike as well, but I need a shop that understands my needs as a racer). They're also more than happy to help the casual rider who's just looking for an easy ride on the bike path (that's not me, but I see the way they treat people).

Great place. Cameron and Hannah super helpful and very nice. Swapped my cross-country bindings faster than expected, within a couple of hours. Better price than other stores I called. Great vibe and super yummy-smelling hand sanitizer!

Favorite store for BC gear. Great selection, attentive and knowledgeable staff. They will work with you on fast mounts and fixes. They rent AT gear, including shovel / probes. The folks who gave negative reviews must have caught them on bad days, because they are always awesome when I go in.

This store is great and the best in Summit County. I scored a great deal on a back country setup that was part of last season's demo collection. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. LOVE the upstairs consignment section, often find great deals up there!

Awesome experience at Wilderness Sports. I was searching for my first AT set up and the guys in the shop were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time educating me. Not to mention I got a great deal! Special thanks to Scott and Cam. I'll recommend this shop to anyone.

My pedal fell off while riding bikes in Dillon, CO. We called Wilderness Sports and they said to come right in. When we got there, the tech immediately found a bolt and fixed my bike for $5. AWESOME SERVICE! They saved our bike ride! Thanks!!

Lucy and JT and their entire staff are the best. They are helpful and knowledgable to get you the right gear and to keep you safe whichever sport you are doing. They go above and beyond to help me over the phone and social before I come in to pick out my gear (especially now with COVID regulations) and they are always pointing me in the right direction. I'm so happy we have such an awesome local crew working for us and the backcountry/trails here in Summit County. This is the only place to go for your gear.

I walked in Saturday morning at 9 (right as they opened) and was immediately greeted by an employee who was not upset that I came in the second they opened the doors. I came in looking for a spare binding part (outside spreader for a 22 designs hammerhead binding). They had the part I was looking for... which I could not find at any other store I had visited. They asked me to bring my ski in and they put it together for me. It cost $20 for the piece and labor. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and the labor portion (which would have taken me at least an hour) took around 20 minutes.

I recommend Wilderness to all of the people.

Excellent staff and service. Came in the area late with a couple broken bike spokes. They replaced the spokes, found I needed new brakes, and found a huge thorn in my tire! Would def recommend and will stop again when back in area.

Great shop! Helpful and knowledgeable staff, wide range of gear, the best bikes (and demos!), and great backcountry ski supplies. Can't beat the service department either. I wouldn't take my backcountry setup anywhere else for tunes or service.

The service was excellent. Had to get a new brake lever. They didn't have one in stock. I needed one that day. Sold me a whole front brake foe 30% off and installed it no charge plus gave me tips on improving shifter and brake locations.
