The service is so much better than the service at Verizon. Will never contact Verizon for a
Phone upgrade again it was terrible. But Victra is professional and very efficient.

Great help ....They only thing they didn't do is give me a receipt. Now I can't get warranty on a few things that I had bought without the receipt.

I went in for one concern and it was not only handled professionally but walked out with piece of mind and a new phone and watch. I returned to turn in my old phone and got the same person as I was so hoping to find him. He was so helpful answering all my questions with patience.

Came in looking for a new phone plan but wasn't completely ready to make the switch just yet. Mitch was attentive to my arrival and was very respectful during our entire encounter and conversation. I was also surprised at how knowledgeable he was about Verizon and its services/products.

Although I did not end up making the switch, he reassured to me that if I had any further questions or concerns, I could call in and ask for him and he would be happy to help.

I think all employees should be trained the way he has been. This shows that he is a great employee with just as great of a manager/leader who has trained him and supported him. 10/10

Miles was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. He made a potentially stressful experience easy and even fun.

I got my phone upgraded and another switched service, everything went smoothly and the customer service was great. Mitch had his hands full with multiple customers, but I never felt ignored. There was even a customer who came in with such a bad attitude (wanting to get serviced before everyone else already there, impatient tapping, being rude, loud and demanding) but Mitch kept a level head and professional composure! I was impressed at his service.

I have add unpleasant experiences at phone stores in the past as I can imagine all of you have. Every experience that I have had at Victoria is better than the rest. Today was different though. My experience with Rico was better than anything I could have ever expected. It felt like we were old friends within the 1st minute of meeting him. He worked to get me the best deal possible and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. I highly recommend Victoria and give special kudos to Rico.

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday at this authorized retailer. The staff was extremely helpful and informative through the whole process of purchasing a new device. Being from out of state on vacation I was worried how long it may take to be serviced but Malishila , Mitch, Savanah all were very kind and made me waste no time getting me in and out with no problem even while helping other guest both in store and over the phone. They worked together as a team and I was very impressed how well they communicated to assist clients . Thanks again everyone!

I recently came in to replace my iPhone 7 that I've had for many years. The staff here were attentive and knowledgeable and made upgrading to the right option so easy! Shopping for a new phone can be stressful, but this was a quick, convenient, and stress-free experience that answered all my questions and got me exactly what I needed.

Hollie was very helpful, got me set up with a new watch. Even saved me some money. Agreed to come in earlier than normal because I had another appointment afterwards.

I had the opportunity to stop in at the Verizon store in Park City at the Redstone location. I was looking to purchase an iPhone and iPad. As soon as I walked in, the sales person Mitch Edmunds, greeted me with kindness and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, explained the difference between the phones and suggested a phone that would work best for my use. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This I appreciated, as I am on a fixed income. What I liked most about Mr. Edmunds, is he never made me feel dumb with the questions I asked. He also explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. If you are ever in Park City stop in at the Redstone location and as for Mitch Edmunds.

Great store, there were two people in front of us, we waited a little while, but technology can take a lot of time. The employee, Mitch, was patient and kind to all the customers, even though some things took a while. Not only was he patient and kind, he was efficient and very knowledgeable. Mitch is the man!!! 11 out of 10, he did great at everything and I won't be going to any other store, even other Verizons. Highly recommend this place.

Mitch was amazing! So helpful and had my best interest in mind. Best service I’ve ever had. And best Verizon store I’ve ever been to. He was even helpful AFTER I left the store will some setup instructions. Amazing. 15/10 would recommend and return.
