Shari was absolutely amazing. i came here with my little sister and she struggles with mixed textures and her food touching. we forgot to mention this but when we asked Shari if it could be fixed she did right away and even brought her fresh food in separate dishes AND brought her two separate to go containers. she even put a cute little sticker on our receipt! give that woman a raise right now shes amazing!

We were greeted as we entered the restaurant, promptly seated. Orders were taken and food was served quickly, and with a smile. Food was perfect. Upon leaving, we were greeted at the counter by another friendly face and wished a happy holiday. Restaurant was clean and organized, staff was so friendly and on point. Could not ask for a better experience. One million times better than the Weirton location.

Food was good for the most part. They accommodated chicken sausage in an omelet for me since I can't eat pork. The new apple French toast was ok, but the apples tasted canned. The service was great until our server disquiet without saying she was leaving or her shift had ended. My mom had to flag down another server for assistance. This was a bit of a nuisance. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.

My family 2 daughters ages 6 and almost 9 and myself and my husband just got done eating, all of our food was delicious, our waitress Dashay was very kind and friendly. The cooks that prepared our food did so in a timely mannor and the food like I said was delicious!!
Will definitely come back again for the friendly service and amazing food..

This place outshines the one in Weirton. Upon entering the building my wife and I were greeted with some friendly smiles, seated immediately. Our waitress was talking to a table beside us, they were caught up in conversation and really didn't let her do her job. Upon taking our orders, we had drinks in under 5 minutes and our food in about 10 minutes. Our food was hot, delicious, accurate and joyful. Upon leaving we had smiles from the entire staff and wished a happy holiday. Amazing customer service, the staff at the Weirton location need to come here and take notes on how customer service is to be performed, managers and wait staff.

The caramel apple pancakes 🥞 were so yummy!! The waitress was attentive and made my husband & my visit very nice. We always get great service here, Bob Evans is our favorite breakfast spot

Steubenville Bob Evans always does a great job. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. They keep the place clean as well...which is always a plus at a restaurant.

First time in a restaurant since the covid-19 hit. The staff and waitresses had their masks 😷 on and had the 6 feet distance happening. Ooo yes the food was great.too!

The place was packed but we didn't have more than a 5 min wait. They had that place running like a well oiled machine . The food was delicious and plentiful and the servers were all friendly.

9-3-2023. My wife and I dined at the Steubenville Bob Evans this evening. We had a great dining experience. I ordered the Dinner Bell country fried steak with carrots, cole slaw, and banana bread. Everything was fantastic. Leah was our server and was very attentive, friendly, and polite. Jessica took excellent care of us at checkout, ensuring our meal and service were good. I recommend this Bob Evans, Leah, and Jessica to family and friends ❤

Great place to eat . The manager Martha and our waitress Chelsea were awesome in making sure we were taken care of and drinks refilled often. Also other staff helped us and it wasn't their job. Very clean .. This is the best Bob Evans I've actually been in Ohio . Outstanding service and dedicated to their customers. Definitely give it a try . You won't regret it .

The food is always very good sometimes the servers don't seem to understand if you want something left off but they're very happy to fix things so no complaints

I haven't been to a Bob Evans in such a long time ( Living on the West Coast), I forgot how good it was.
Great service and the food, you will never leave here hungry, ever.
Definitely stop by here instead of those other places.

We came in and were seated pretty quickly. The server was prompt to our table with our drinks and took our order. The atmosphere was warm and fun. We could over hear the employees, they clearly enjoyed their work. The server checked in regularly and typed of our drinks as needed.

The food was delicious, the service great, and if you haven't been, it's worth a visit.

My usual "go to" for a meal. Good food, good friendly service, & reasonable prices!

Love their roast beef sandwich, consistent in their ingredients and really can't go wrong on this menu item.

I came here for lunch a couple times in the past 2 weeks. My waitress Dawn was one of the most kind people I’ve ever met. The entire staff was so accommodating even for 1 person going to lunch. This staff is one to be proud of and will do anything to make sure the customer leaves satisfied.

Ate here last week. The night before we ate at another place that was twice as expensive, and half as good! Everything was tasty and good portions. The service was spot on also. I can't say enough good about the Steubenville, Ohio location.
