Harbor Freight Tools

This is the ultimate store for tools if you are a homeowner and don't use them every day hard. They have alot of good stuff. They do have a fair amount of junk too but you can pretty much tell if you're selective. I do a pretty good amount of business there and they back 99% of what they sell without question

Very clean...can find things pretty easy on my own..was my first time ever going...I needed a black tarp..was right there on a shelf with many other colors .. The workers seemed very pleasant and the line was a little slow..they signed me up for special offers in my email.i felt bad for the people behind me.i apologized...the worker was having trouble getting it to work...I had declined and he insisted and the people behind were also very kind...

I’ve been a regular customer since the nearest store was 20 miles away. Now that we have a store in my hometown, I guess I average 2 1/2 visits a month.

Went in to find a tool box for my son. I was nervous about quality but ended up being really happy with price and quality.

Called the Rome store, not close toe, had the parts I needed, Zach promised to hold them for me, I came from out of town , Zach and my parts were there. He made it easy, kept his word!

Harbor Freight is dangerous for me. They have unbeatable prices. Looking through the store I always find something I didn't know I needed but at such a great price, and good quality, that I just have to get one. I can never leave there with just one item. And the folks there are always friendly and helpful.

I wish I'd caught the gentleman's name who cashed me out. He was super helpful with my 500 questions and helped me save quite a bit of money signing up for their discount program. Excellent experience all around!

I love tools, and I especially love affordable tools with lifetime warranties. Don't buy a lot of their power tools due to a lack of good warranty, but they're probably good too. However, for wrenches and sockets and drivers there's not a better bang for your buck than Pittsburgh. Only wish they had some no skip sets. I pay more for the sockets and wrenches I need to fill in the skips and then I do for the bulk of the stuff I get from Pittsburgh. They need to come out with the "Pittsburgh Patch" -I'd gladly pay a little more for the less common sizes. Love this place though, but do your research.

BEST PLACE TO GO FOR A NEW SAW CAW CAW

Bought a hot dog style compressor at the Rome, NY store on 4/10/22, thought about it for a couple weeks (never opened it) & decided I should have bought the pancake style instead. Both were on sale for the same price at the time. Went back on 4/23 to try & exchange it. Heather exchanged it at no cost to me, despite the pancake style being a higher price normally. Thanks guys! 👍

love this store , its like going into a toy shop for adults , always greeted and asked if i needed help finding what i am looking for . staff are very pleasant to deal with.
