McDonald's

Food was good. It wasn’t busy so was perfect for me since I have Social anxiety. Was easy to get to a seat that I was comfortable with

I don't like the sauce they put on their breakfast sandwiches. Get it plain is my recommendation.

Stopped for breakfast, food was hot n coffee fresh, dining area clean, the floor a little slippery for some odd reason.. Overall food and service good

My experiences with McDonalds has always been good. Where I can usually say my orders get messed up, McDonalds has usually always pulled through. It's good to have a place where you can get a quick meal. They also handle a line relatively quickly. I used to always be able to grab a bite before work and still make it.

This McDonald's on Erie boulevard are always great. The one on black river boulevard always has something wrong. They need to hire a new night manager. She is always in a bad mood and when you tell her that something is wrong, undercooked or old stuff, she tells you it's going to be a long wait and the food is the same that she already gave you. Plus the flurry machine and Ice Cream machine for sundaes are always broken at the moment. The boss needs to handle things or get her out of there. Get with Erie boulevard manager to retrain her.

It's a fast food place. What more could you ask for? Food is hot and plenty of seats.

Our server Sidal was extremely friendly! Probably the nicest person we've ever met at a McDonald's. Also the food was pretty great and the fries hot!

Walked in, placed my order. Was out in less than 5 minutes. No complaints with the food. Staff was very polite.

I've never been to a fast food resteraunt whose food looks exactly like the picture on the menu board! Other McDonald's may do fast food fast, but this one does fast food right! Also a nice clean atmosphere with modern decor and tv games at a few tables for the kids. My favorite McD's location ever!

Great in restaurant service for my to go order. Everyone was working very hard and doing their best to fill and satisfy orders.

Love mcds and they actually did a great job.they got the order 100% right amd the burgers wernt 2 big of a mess.normally they put 2 much catsup so i don't like it that way. But this time they did pretty good... And actually remembered a ok amount of mustard.keep it up mcds

Very nice people here. Food was fresh and good and they made sure we had everything, even during the lunch rush

Not happy went and got happy meals for my granddaughters for the Halloween bucks and they stopped them and it's not even Halloween VERY UPSET they should have them until November 1st

Food was actually good. Took a little bit to get our food but it was fresh so it was worth the wait.

Im here almost every morning. The staff here are professional and very friendly. The inside is clean. The bathroom is very clean. Most other mcdonalds are the opposite. Keep it up rome mcdonalds. Im loving it💖😉

I love this McDonald's. The food is delicious and fast (as usual) and the place is clean. And they even have these cool games you can play at the table. (I'm lovin' it)

Its hard to find a McDonald's with an open dining room, but we found 2 in Rome!! Food was good and it was great to be able to eat inside!!

Ordered a Big Mac and a filet of fish on the 2 for 5 menu both sandwiches were hot and fresh lot of traffic through the drive-thru but service was fast

Staff is always friendly I guess you can consider myself a regular they know my order

Food was excellent. My cashier Siada was wonderful, she was friendly and really gave good service with a smile.
