What wonderful customer service & fresh delicious food! We just ate here tonight & we loved it. It's been years since we have been here since moved out of state, but if I lived closer, I would go often!

Passing through and stopped in for a burger. The three people working were clearly overwhelmed with the number of customers they had, but their customer service and food quality was exceptional. I was in the store, and they constantly acknowledged me and apologized for the wait. When I saw my food being prepared, it wasn't rushed. I was very impressed. Thank you!

I missed breakfast by 5 minutes and the manager was like I got you! All while she was training and she was giving compliments to her workers! It was great!

This is a good Wendys. Fast, accurate and good food. Wendys baconator is a treat for me every once in awhile, especially if the pretzel bun is available. Great staff at this location

I haven’t been into a Wendy’s in a long time but I had a promotion bring me in and I’m glad it did. I was very hungry after a long day of work. I was greeted by smiling faces and very friendly staff. Jasmine and Niesha went above and beyond to help me and make my experience the best. We will definitely be back in ❤

The quality of food is definitely not how it used to be thats for sure and with the prices so much higher than other fast food places in the neighborhood A LOT You would think they would at least have a decent chicken sandwich!!!

I always pre order ahead of time so we can just go through and skip the hassle. We end up waiting almost a half hour each and every time then don't even come through when they say they given u a free meal for the screws up. Crazy

Wendy's is expensive compared to others. But I think they use better quality meat.

Kate exudes top-notch customer service skills. She smiled and greeted us upon entering the restaurant. Kudos to the entire staff!

All the employees have amazing customer service. The food is always fresh. The restaurant is always clean. Best Wendy's out of all I've ever been to

My husband and I were honeymooning in lovely Rome, New York. Thanks to Wendy’s, we are even more in love than the day of our wedding (also because I drank too much LOL). We’ll never forget our dinner at this lovely local establishment. Our lovely hostess met us in the atrium with a smile to let us know the newly renovated dining room was closed. However, our server in the drive through accommodated all of our dietary needs. My husband, they/ them, vegan, gluten-free, smiled ear to ear as he enjoyed his baked potato. It only came with chives but the ketchup packets allowed him to get his daily serving of vegetables. The atmosphere, customer service, and food made me think this marriage will be better. Thank you to the one armed guy who held the door for us. The chili is to die for.

Excellent Wendy's restaurant!!! I've visited all of the Wendy's locations in the Utica/Rome area, and this location is probably the friendliest! I was waited on immediately (unlike the New Hartford location), and I was also thanked (unlike the New Hartford location)! I still go to the New Hartford location, because it's only 2 miles from my house...but I prefer to come to Rome, even though it's 15 miles from my house!! They have nicer people working here, at the Rome location, and they get my order correct every time!

Omg I highly recommend this lil fast food place. Cait is definitely spot on with everyone who walks in the restaurant. The Cobb salad was delicious and impeccable service with a smile. We quietly sat with our food and watched in awe as Cait worked liked a Queen. She is truly management worthy! 5 stars 🌟

Always a fresh, clean, and fast experience.
Recommend trying the chicken nuggets on top of the Caesar side salad. If you aren't dipping your fries in your Frostie then you are doing it wrong. Recommend Wendy's goes back to their old BBQ Sauce for nuggets

I've always enjoyed coming here. The people are friendlier and seem to work harder. I really appreciate their hospitality. I've hardly ever had an issue here where as other restaurants can't even get the lettuce in the taco. But when there was a mistake they always make it right and without making it a big deal which I truly appreciate. The dine in area has been very clean and I love their self serve drink machine with custom flavors. Best fast food burger place in Rome.

Food is good. Always busy inside, but the staff is very friendly and fast.

I like getting there mealdeals. 4 for 4 or 5 for 5. The food is always hot and fresh. I was missing a sauce once but no big deal. They were nice and gave me my sauce.
