Bob, our salesman was most helpful in finding just the right tv stand for us. We really appreciate the fact that there was no pressure to buy immediately.
I found the entire staff from start to checkout was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining all our options.

Spoke with Dawn earlier in the day on the phone.went there later that afternoon told her what I was interested in and within half hour had the living room set I was looking for.Dawn was very friendly,listened to my likes and dislikes,concerns about different fabrics and seating..Very knowledgeable.I have bought my kitchen table over 25years ago and still looks very good. Went in on Sunday was greated by Rachel she was so nice. We knew what we wanted been doing our research.she took us to see our options. And within 30min.was out the door. Delivery in a few weeks.

At long last we were able to dispose of the I'm comfortable couch that we've had for a long time and set up the futon that we bought from Joe Tahan's. The mattress is well made, the fabric is great, and the whole couch is totally comfortable both sitting up and laying down. I love going to Joe's because it's been there so long and the sales people all seem like family. They always give you a good deal and are friendly and courteous. Thank you Joe for one more great piece of furniture!

I’ve continued to buy all my furniture through the years from the Rome store. They are always great to me. I remember stories my parents use to tell me about Joe the father used to come to the house and collect weekly payments. He sold everything. Ironing boards, irons, all household stuff furniture. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I was looking for something, after telling the salesman what I was looking for he took me to the floor the bedroom sets were and let me look without pressuring me. I found exactly what I wanted and purchased it.

The salesman l, Robert, I believe, was helpful without being pushy. He understood that I had a budget snd space constraints. He checked stock to see if my item was in because I have a timing issue. Couldn’t have been nicer. Let me know the prices on pieces that go with the sofa I bought and simply told me he would help me if I wanted to get them later. I most likely will based on his service and friendly attitude. Very pleased.
