It was a banquet after a funeral on Saturday. The 16th of Sept. Foods was fresh and delicious! Setting could use some updating but really had no bearing on the party. It was clean, welcoming and cozy.

Awesome burger & onion rings the real Deal here no frozen stuff..quick service & friendly. Definitely would go agin. Just FYI there is nothing fancy here it's a bit dated / dive bar feel. Go anyway you won't be disappointed

Came upon this fine establishment on a roadside lunch stop and couldn't have been happier with the choice. Fresh made to order burgers were top notch and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Loved my fish sandwich, pasta salad and coleslaw. When I asked for cherry Pepsi it was made by pouring cherry juice in and adding real maraschino cherries. The owner was very friendly.

I just love this place. I worked here for a while with Jim and Mary and they always treated me well. The food is delicious and they do not take short cuts. Best corned beef dinner in the state. Large portions. Great lunch spot. Just bring cash! They don't accept cards!

My wife and I had lunch here today. Our waitress, Brittina, was great. We both got hamburgers. I got the bacon and cheese and my wife got the mushroom and cheese. They were huge and delicious, very much home made. We both got the slaw side, which had broccoli and raisins in it and was also great. We ate outside since the weather allowed it and chatted, briefly with the owner, Jim. We'd go here again.

The menu has the usual suspects, plus some unusual fare as well. There is a creative and talented someone in the kitchen producing some cool creations. A couple of examples are The Big Messy and Big Mike's Grill Cheese. The decor is definitely not a fern bar but we felt right at home and loved both the atmosphere and the food.

Be aware that cards are not accepted so bring some folding money, but not too much as prices are very reasonable.

Stopped in for a pint and a bottle of hard cider - enjoyed those immensely, as well as conversation with the bartender. Absolutely worth a stop if you're in the area!
