We love New York Lunch! It has a calm, old town feeling that makes us feel comfortable. The food is tasty and the service is friendly. Always look forward to going back.

I went for breakfast, and I never, ever have to get a take out dish. I couldn't finish it all! Awesome eatery!

Came here based on a suggestion from my mother who was born and raised in Gloversville. Wish I could eat here every day. My uncle, her brother provided me with a reverse engineered recipe for the meat sauce that I have made a few times at my home in Tempe, AZ. I've been waiting to come to this one place for years. Great food, great service!

I have been going here since I was a child. I absolutely love it. The food NEVER disappoints (best mac salad in my opinion), the owners are always so nice, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would ❤

My grandfather and I go here every Thursday morning for breakfast on my day off, and we love it. Food is great, good prices, nice staff, we’re happy with it. Some would complain it’s cash only, but there’s nothing wrong with that. People will complain about everything nowadays. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Great menu. Amazing people. Clean eating area, decorated nicely and comfortable. My daughter is interning with them before she goes into The Culinary Institute of America for college. Friendly environment and even the other customers are friendly and offer recommendations of what's on the menu. Great food and service.

The food and the service here are always great. I get take out at least once a week for lunch and come in for breakfast on the weekends when I can. I have tried almost everything on the menu.

Great food! Had bacon,egg and cheese on roll to go other day,huge and delicious! And stopped for breakfast Sunday, home fries are baked first I think, delish! My omelet was huge, sausage, pepers,onion and cheese. Great sausage!

Amazing food with great, friendly service. Parking lot near the entrance. Cranberry pancakes and speciality eggs were fresh and delicious. What a find in a sea of bland fast food restaurants. Please give them a try

Stopped here for lunch when I was in Gloversville. I had a hot dog and fries and both were great. The meat sauce on the dogs reminds me of Capitol Lunch in New Britain, CT.

Amazing food. Been in business my entire life. Well priced, I think we as a city should go here more often becausr this is a great local business to support. They often help those whom need employment. They are overall one of the best. Give it a chance and please go here whether it be for breakfast and conversation or a romantic meal! Go get a menu, check out the hours and eat, eat and eat some more.

my favorite thing about NYL is that nothing has changed since my childhood. it makes me feel at home. I love being able to walk in and everything is so familiar. the food is amazing every single time without fail. the staff is always so friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend to anyone who sets foot in Gloversville.

Took my granddaughter Gracee and she loves the chicken fingers and ff I myself had to have their famous hotdog with meat sauce so yummy! The girls that work there are always welcoming snd so attentive!
