Everyone was very helpful. I was only there for some ammo and they were very busy as it was opening day for rifle season, but I was in and out way faster than I thought I would be. The prices are also very competitive for everything they had in stock. I called ahead and left a message, as they were too busy to take a call. They still wound up following up with me even though I had already been there and made sure I was satisfied with my experience.

By far the best gun shop in the area, they never fail to carry the most ammo and reloading supplies when most places have nothing and their variety is extremely wide. It’s unlikely that they don’t have something and guess what? If they don’t they’ll make it a priority To get it for you and let you know immediately when they get it, the customer service is out of this world as well as the knowledge each employee holds. They’re like family and treat everyone that way, they’re my number one place to shop and will always remain that way! Franks gun shop is the only place you should go to!

Have been a customer of Frank's Gun Shop since just before they moved locations. I purchased a gun from a different shop recently because i was stupidly impatient and didn't want to wait for Frank's to get it in stock. Nothing but problems at this other shop. And it made me realize just how great Frank's really is. They have always treated me well, answered any question I had, and are always friendly and ready to help. Prices are the cheapest I've seen anywhere. And their stock is incredible. Ammo is always available, diverse selection of guns. And they are extremely knowledgeable in their craft. Will NEVER go anywhere else again. Thanks for what you do guys!

I’ve had great service in Frank’s. Frank’s has very fair prices. My son and I happened to be near Frank’s and stopped in. The boy had wanted a leaver action rifle for quite a while. Frank’s had nice Henry rifles for several hundred dollars less than most other local dealers. We couldn’t pass up that very good deal.

This shop is awesome! Huge selection of firearms, and extremely competitive prices. Ammo prices are the best around Saratoga Springs. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Even if you live far away, it is worth the trip!

Excellent customer service, very happy with my purchase, they were very knowledgeable about their products and patient with me, which is a little rare these days. Yes, if you scour the internet, you may get a little better deal, but there's nothing like one on one customer service, buying local, and a USA made product, that makes me feel like a winner, all the way, thanks Frank's Gun Shop for a pleasant shopping experience! I think I got a gem that I will use for years to come.

I went in to Frank's Gun Shop for the first time in April of this year. I live far from Franks out on Long Island, but my only regret is that I hadn't visited the store sooner! The BEST gun shop I've ever been to, and each time I go in, I have an even more positive experience than the last. My father + family have been to Frank's many times over the years and they all love it too! TONS of pistol and rifle inventory & accessories...and ALL of the employees are awesome, EXTREMELY helpful, answer any/all questions you might have and never rush you. They even remembered to call me and let me know that the holster I had wanted (wasn't in stock last time I was in) had come in and they'd put one aside for me until I pick up! It's unheard of to have this kind of customer service at a gun shop, at least from my experience. BEST GUN SHOP IN NY.

Hands down the best gun shop to deal with in the greater southern ADK area. It’s a 110mile round trip for me when there are at least 10 other gun shops closer. I’d rather make the drive than deal with the other guys. I’ve bought 3 guns in the last year from Frank’s and have been treated with nothing but courtesy and professionalism. Trades are fair as well despite some comments in recent posts. Even when there are 20 other patrons in the shop, they will ask if you need help in shopping. Why go anywhere else?

Great shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always willing to answer questions. Prices are great and the selection is fantastic. Highly recommend following them on Facebook to see the latest deals and new arrivals too. I've been to just about every gun shop in the Capital District and these guys are second to none. Will absolutely be purchasing here again.

They were pretty accommodating and knowledgeable and wanted to help you as much as they could, I bought 2 guns last weekend and And help me out however they could. They usually have a big selection, but because of record number of gun sales, their number was down but we're working on getting however many they could back in stock. Plus, I love how they can stay open at this time, lol.

My first stop shopping for Trap Ammo and supplies, always nice to see the great inventory of rifles, shotgun and pistols. Well worth the trip from Long Lake NY.
Today one of the helpful employee even carried the shotgun shell cases to the counter AND to my car! Nowhere else do you get that kind of service.

Very knowledgeable employees. They have a great selection of handguns to all types of rifles and shotguns. This establishment is a definite must to visit for all your firearm needs. They also buy customer guns to and they give you a fair price by looking up the blue book value right in front of you. They are pro customers and the dedication is there to prove it.

What a great place with product and information. I temporarily live in Arizona and needed my handgun transferred to my friend (a Frank's customer). Totally easy and seamless process with Frank's help and shipping information. I've been by the old location hundreds of times and can't wait to see the new store. THANK YOU FRANK'S

This is the only place i go for hunting supplies. Great quality and I've always found what i need that no other stores sell (example: fawn bleat call). Great customer service and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable as well. Can't wait for your new location to open up!
