Computer Works

Today my wife and I paid a visit to Computer Works in hopes that we could restore an email account on her ipad. We were told that we needed a couple more details necessary to do this and so we had to make a trip back home in order to get those details. We returned to the shop and within a very short time email was restored. Very happy with the service and cost. We highly recommend this shop for your next repair.

Can't say enough about this guy. Very experienced and affordable. I called after hours when I was in a pinch and he let me drop the computer off after he already went home. Im very grateful. Was finished Monday afternoon.

My laptop had gotten all messed up thanks to a hacker, and alot of my stuff was gone. After reading all the 5 star reviews from very satisfied customers, I decided to take a chance... and I'm so glad that I did! Adam, the proprietor of Office Works, is very personable, and very knowledgeable on how to get things restored and working properly again. He was able to recover most of my lost files from the Cloud, and had my laptop running fast again like when it was new. Adam is a computer magician!

Adam was amazing and very tolerant of my children and helped and made my sons whole day actually year. My son thought his PC was done but Adam had it up and running in less than half an hour. Great personality, honest business man!! I will definitely be going back .

My wifi wasn't working on my new pc and he helped me fix it in only 5 minutes. Super friendly and nice

Needed a power cord for my laptop for work. I went to Walmart - the one I bought from them did not work. the Walmart employee suggested computer works. I went there on my lunch and within 10 minutes I had a working power cord. He saved the day for my job!!!

This guy is an expert. When you walk into the shop it is totally geeked out. In a good way. Star Wars paraphnalia, computers everywhere. Two adorable cats. I instantly felt this man knew his stuff. And he does! Reasonable charge, fast and expert service. And very nice person

So I built my first computer earlier this year. When all of a sudden it just stop working. I had a pretty good idea of what it might be and tried doing it myself. Once I got too frustrated I looked for repair place close to me and I've driven past Computers Works many times. They were great it took time to narrow it down to the right component, but they kept me update where extremely helpful every step of the way, and went that extra mile you would hope a small business would do. They even took time to update some drives on my new motherboard. I would highly recommend them. They are honest, caring, friendly, and professional.

Highly recommend this place to anyone. He just saved my day by diagnosing a problem and fixing it in 10 minutes. Then showed me some things about my pc afterwards I didn’t know. I will be back for sure.

Tried to swap my power supply myself, went in and found out I had an extra cable attached, coached me along and showed me what to do, problem was fixed in an instant. Incredibly nice and comfortable place to go.

Very happy with the service I received from Computer Works in Oneida! I was thinking I would be waiting a few days but got my tower back quickly! This guy knows his stuff! Very friendly and nice! I will definitely use him again.

I went here when my computer screen was not working on a business trip. The guy was friendly and preformed a free diagnostic. He allowed me to get what I needed off my computer via HDMI to a screen at his workspace from my computer. He told me what he believed was wrong and referred me to another shop that replaced screens in town. He did not charge me anything but I gave him some cash as he was extremely helpful. The other shop iFix was cheap and was able to fix my screen without a new one for only $100. I highly recommend this place as well as iFix on Genessee St in Onieda.

I had just moved to the area and finding a good PC repair place was tough. I drove almost 35 minutes and I was greeted with a very knowledgeable owner. While my PC is having VERY weird issues he took an hour to test everything and refused to let me pay him.

If I have any issues I will definitely come back here. Very nice owner.

Adam is THE best! He always has the time to help, give advice, etc. No matter the situation AND normally does not charge for it, ex. Phone calls. I've even taken computer in there with an issue and if it's taken care of quickly, just says have a good day! We're very fortunate to have him in our small area!

Very friendly and very knowledgeable. My lap top is up and running and was done when he said it would be. So easy and a great cost...why did I wait so long? Buddy (the cat) will greet you enthusiastically!

The thing that sets this business apart from others is the fact that they perform free diagnoses. I have been coming here over the years for various computer issues and they have always been able to resolve my issues for a very reasonable price.
