Red Wing - Lincoln, NE

I came here looking for leather boots and found exactily what I was looking for. The employees are salesmen and will try to sell you their shoes but they are pretty genuine, nice, and extremely helpful. They mostly sell leather work shoes and boots but they do have a few other products as well.

There was only one person working and she did absolutely great dealing with 2 customers at the same time and was very nice and pleasant to work with

Jared was the employee to help me get my new work boots today. He was the only one working the store and still managed to show beyond exemplary customer service to all of the shoppers. It was my first time buying red wing boots but Jared convinced me to keep coming back. Management needs to give Jared a raise and a bonus for being such a great worker and human being

Doug and Eric were awesome! The customer service and price are 100 times better than The Fort. If you're looking for work boots, there's none better than Redwing in Lincoln.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I have bought Red Wings in the past and showed the sales associate my boot tag from the last boots I purchased, unfortunately the boot has since been discontinued. He did a search of other Red Wing stores and found a shoe in my my size but not my width. I decided to look for an alternate boot. I found one that I liked and tried it on. I told salesman that I have flat feet and needed more arch support. He then pulled out a ridged arch support with fatigue relief. With that arch support in the boot I instantly changed my mind and a sale was made. The salesman showed me the care kit that I need to take care of my boots. I didn't purchse that yet but with this coupon I will be returning to buy the kit to maintain my new boots. Thanks for the information and support.

Returned to the red wing store because of the manager Always forget his name but a very pleasant outspoken and farms on The side. Lisa was the only employee in that day, and she picked up where he left off, Very cordial outspoken and courteous. And I think that's what someone needs in the sales position. Someone that can talk to anyone and not just sell a product. In this case, the product sold itself But lisa was pleasant to work with and engaged in small talk. I always say the face of the business often helps for return customers or selling the product that is being offered in this case. I think that did apply. Only 2 other options in town to buy our boots. But I probably will choose the red wing store with the friendly staff..

Best customer service I’ve ever had in 16 years of buying work boots. Company vouchers and discounts a plus. Boots are great with even better insoles available custom cut to fit at store.

Great experience, glad to know there are real boot salesmen out there that will take their time and give you exactly what you need. Dean will give you all of his attention and use his knowledge to put you in the right boots. I would recommend to anybody that’s looking for quality and comfortable boots.

She took time to digitally map my feet, and go over several options. Very kind and knowledgeable.

I walked in expecting a regular shoe store ready to buy some solid work boots off the shelf and walk out. Immediately I was greeted by an amiable and friendly woman, Lisa, dressed In a comfortable, confident chic work style. The gentleman behind the counter was also friendly and personable. Within a few questions, she had my boot and an idea of what I was looking for. In the next 5 minutes, I had my feet measured for size and even a digital diagnostic of what parts of my feet received the most pressure during the day. Truly one of the most excellent shoe experiences in my life. I didn’t question buying the extra shoe inserts, because my feet felt that good in the boots. I recommend and endorse this business absolutely.

Came in half hour before close greeted at the door. Picked out a few boots that I liked and he brought out a few options. Settled on a pair and was out the door. Very nice gentleman. And I love the boots. Very comfortable and he sold me on the socks. Would highly recommend this place.

Love the local Red Wing store! This store and the staff in it are incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. Lisa helped me get into the perfect boots for my personal needs. Red Wing truly is a symbol of all the good things left in American manufacturing. Supporting this country and the workers in it is very important to me. I picked up a pair of Heritage 1907’s and they truly are incredible boots! I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

After the first of year I purchased a pair of composite toe shoes from the Lincoln location. After wearing for a couple of weeks I could tell that the box may have marked wrong or there was some confusion in the markings. I needed a double wide. I would like to thank Lisa for bringing in a pair from CA and making it right👍👍

Needed to buy a new pair of work boots. My place of work has a deal with Red Wing and they come highly recommended by several people I know. The store is easy to navigate and the on duty employee named Sunny was awesome. If you need to get a pair of boots for any reason, this is the place to go. Definitely worth their price.

I just bought my 4th pair here in Lincoln, 3 Irish Setter work boots and 1 pair of casual shoes ! Over the years they have sold me socks insoles and boots !!! Always helpful and glad to see you !! These people are the best , they have my business as long as I live here, the products are great also 😃
