Pine Lake Behavioral Health & Medical

My son met with Beau and their sessions were very helpful for him. Beau would listen, give advice, suggest actions & exercises, and just give my son a safe place to talk.
My son also met with Dr. Jones to have some testing done and she was excellent. She explained things to us in a way we could understand.
We had a couple issues with billing, but Sarah and Jared patiently listened to the situation, did some research, and offered us a solution.
We are very thankful to have found Pine Lake Behavioral Health and for the care we received there.

Pine Lake Behavioral Health is amazing! They will assess and meet your needs. They listen to you and take the time to do so. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment when needed. Dr Brank took the time to truly listen to me without hurrying me! He wanted to address all my fears and concerns and then began immediately attempting to solve what he could!! He expressed the importance of me which was greatly needed and appreciated!

Hands down the best place in town. The entire staff is great everyone treats you like they would family. Highly recommend for all your medical needs. Everyone from the front desk, the nursing staff, counselors, to the physicians all top shelf. They have a great pharmacy also Genoa is my favorite place to have my RX filled. Honestly can't say enough positive things about them. They truly go the extra mile.

This place has anything and everything you could possible hope for to help you or your loved ones with mental health. The receptionist are all very kind and helpful. The facilities are very clean. The therapists are the very best and my life has improved by leaps and bounds since I have started talking to people here. My only regret is that I didn’t take my issues seriously sooner than I did. No matter what you need help with don’t hesitate to reach out. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm so pleased with Pine Lake Behavioral Health. I recently got a new doctor there. His name is Dr. Massey. I'm so happy with him. I feel like I can be so open in a conversation with him. He sits and listens to me and really cares about my health and my concerns. He is absolutely great and I am so lucky to have him as my doctor!!

My counselor Holly Porter has stuck with me through thick and thin. She has challenged my thinking patterns into both newly constructive and pleasantly prolific toward recovery. The staff here is great and very caring people that want to help. I’ve personally interacted with Stephanie, Holly and Carrie. They are all great at their jobs and willing to go above and beyond for their clients.

Dr. Jones has been helping with all my anxiety and depression, she is the nicest person I have ever met. She talks to me like she can relate to me. Therapy used to be super stressful to go to, but she makes me look forward to it!

Great place, great people, great dedication... Everyone who works here currently is amazing. The team makes an effort to get to know everyone who walks through those doors. Even the providers that you're not currently working with as you pass them in the halls will say hello or ask how your day is going. Jared, the owner, will pop out of his office now and then and say hello to everyone in the waiting area and asks if anyone needs anything to make them comfortable and he is always good for a laugh. They are human just like all of us and of course everyone has not so good days but this team is very cohesive and will collaborate to resolve anything that needs taken care of. If you have any issue you can always ask to speak to Jared. He is very busy so they may tell you to email him but he does an AWESOME job at responding and promptly fixing things. They are always upgrading and innovating and finding new ways to help their clients on their journeys. They also have a very integrative and diverse staff allowing for Amazing multi cultural services. No one will be left behind!!! They always keep you up-to-date when there is changing going on. They have transitioned from one building to another and brought all of their clients over with them even when insurance changes I have seen staff on the phones trying to get approval for continuation of care. They will ALWAYS do their best to help in ANY way possible. I would trust them with any relative or friends care 100%. Great job team!!!

The professional staff are top shelf, always with a you (people) first attitude. You feel like they really CARE. The administrative staff compliment the professional staff to make PLBH a 5 star MH provider.

I am very hurt that Dr Schmidt had left, I didn’t know until I had to call the facility myself to see why I could not get an email through or why my meds weren’t approved through the pharmacy. Had to find out the hard way which was truly hard for me. I just wish I had gotten a phone call so I didn’t have to scramble to figure out what I was going to do. I loved Dr Schmidt he was so awesome and so caring. The front desk ladies have always been nothing but helpful! But as of today I had made an appointment with another facility as I couldn’t get my meds filled without being seen again and I was just there this month. I just can’t make the drive as it is very short notice so I found a place closer. I understand this isn’t anyones fault but I would 1000% recommended pine lake they have always been so helpful and have always been super nice! I will always give 5 stars!! Thank you Pine Lake for everything you have done for me! I will miss Dr Schmidt so much!!

I have tears 😭 in my eyes (yes, meds are working) as I write this review. PLBH has seriously helped save my life. They don't give up on you. They don't. They understand mental health, addiction, and other issues that we deal with. Every time I call, front desk people are so friendly and helpful. PLBH will do what they can to get you well. The owner/director is a very HUMBLE and approachable person...which ironically I found very humbling. Get this...he mows the lawn himself and I bet does snow removal. Don't know about you but that impressed me. He really cares about the clients and believes in us. You are important at PLBH. Recommend to anyone who is committed to getting well and doing the work. PLBH is a blessing.

Pine Lake Behavioral Health is absolutely amazing. I was in the middle of working a pandemic, going to school, and having a million things going on and going wrong at home. I went in and seen Sheryl Bakare APRN. She has been absolutely awesome. She helped me to get my life in order and back on track. I have recommended Pine Lake to multiple people and will continue to do so. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. Absolutely love this place. Highly recommend!

This has been the most beneficial treatment I have ever received. Holly Porter is an excellent counselor and I look forward to going to her groups.
