Matt at Yankee Hill store (soon to be in York) is awesome! I had an issue ordering 1 40lb bag of bird seed with all of my earned rewards, it drug on for over 3 days! No one (at the call center) could seem to (or want to) get this taken care of! I called my local store on Yankee Hill, Matt and Rhonda came to my rescue.!!! Rhonda called the call center to have them call me to get my order, my order was delivered to the clubhouse instead of my villa. I am disabled, so I called the store. Matt said he would try to get it to me. I looked out my window 15 minutes later, and he was pulling up in my driveway!!!! The York store is very lucky! The customer care Matt displayed today is unheard of anymore, I just can't say enough to express how thankful I am. Matt is a great guy and his customers will love him! Thank you so much Matt and Rhonda!

I went in today with my three boys looking for Chicken feed components as we are making our own for our chickens. I went in trying to juggle the flatbed cart and the regular cart with my kiddos in it. Not only did Justin help me find everything on my list, he also helped me with the flatbed cart and helped me load the really big bags into our vehicle. It was a great experience and Justin definitely deserves a shout out for being amazing, polite, and helpful.

Exceptional customer service. I have lifting restrictions, but do not appear to be disabled. The young man, who offered to help moments after i arrived, put a heavy item in my cart, helped me select 2 other items, and carried the larger items to my car. Very kind, polite a helpful!

Karen is the BEST. She is so friendly, positive, warm and helpful. When I see she is working, and I get her isle, my day is made. What a gem. Please recognize her for being a wonderful employee.

Has everything. Cheapest name brand dog food. If I need a light bar for my truck, dog food and a gun safe... they have it all. Great prices, great selection.

Good prices on alot of things and if ur wanting to save money on vaccines for dogs this place has it save 100's and any little tool or handy thing they have it always a deal here go look
