I needed to return an online order. I also happened to be visibly upset from an encounter with a rude employee in a neighboring store. The gentleman at the counter of JD Sports very kindly asked, “Are you ok?". These words and his simple act of kindness were not lost on me, even though it was difficult to respond through my tears. The manager who then completed my return was so very kind, and he told me not to worry when I apologized for crying. The kindness of these young men was so needed and so very appreciated. Thank you JD Sports for having such kind employees.

They have a great selection of shoes & their manager is extremely helpful & nice. I bought a pair of shoes & I'm from out of town & decided I wanted to buy another pair I tried on. I also had a coupon that I received a day after getting home. He assisted me, was helpful - friendly - professional & I was able to get the shoes the next weekend! (We love 2 hrs away from the store, but will return to this store for their selection, price & customer service!!)

Went in to find a new pair of shoes after my Nike Air Zoom's Bubble popped after 2 years. No regrets, as I wore those into the ground. The guy who helped me was very polite and helpful. I went through 4 pairs before I found a pair I liked. He had a good amount of knowledge of the improvements Nike has made over the years. Finally settled on some AirMax 720. Their selection of shoes was good. It would be nice if they had more color combos, but I understand its hard to keep that many options in stock. The prices were excellent. Same if not cheaper than I could have bought them online. This is my second purchase from here in the past 2 years. When I am ready to buy again I will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I ordered Nike Air Force 1's as a Christmas present for one of our daughters, just shy of Christmas, but also early enough for shipping to be here before Christmas. We confirmed our order by calling and waiting 45 minutes as well, because we also had a question on sizes. Within 72 hours, we then received an e-mail stating our order had been cancelled because it was unable to be fulfilled, and we would be refunded "within 7-10 business days". The same day, I decided to try and go straight to Gateway Mall in hopes to stop the cancel/refund, so that I can just be refunded in store with a gift card so our daughter at least had something to open for Christmas. Arriving at Finish Line in Gateway Mall, Jarez helped me. He took 45 minutes out of shift to help me figure out the procedure in getting refunded because the money was pending out of my account, but with the weekend and Holiday's, I would not have received our money until after Christmas. Unfortunately, after Jarez took the time to call and speak to Finish Line's customer care, it did not go in my favor, and they were not able to stop the process. My husband and I decided to figure something else out, without providing an item from Finish Line. I left Finish Line. Within minutes, Jarez located me to help me out - out of his personal pocket until the money was returned to my account. Something I will never forget, and hope good Karma comes to him and I intend to pay it forward as well! Great employee.

Amazing staff! (Very long review, sorry haha.)
I came in looking for a pair of shoes for my boyfriend's birthday. A while back, he found some Reeboks that he loved, so I came in to buy them. I found the shoes that my boyfriend had been obsessing over and asked a guy named Austin for a size 13. He informed me that they did not have the size I needed, but would check close by stores ... And of course, no luck. He looked online which turned out to be a dead end as well. He began to call other stores, but ran into some not so friendly people on the other end ... He did not give up though! He found the shoes that my boyfriend was in love with...but he ordered them on a Monday and my boyfriends birthday was on a Thursday, but he said there was a chance they'd be here in time and just to call back. I called back everyday and they came JUST IN TIME and my boyfriend refuses to take them off because he loves them so much.
In our many conversations, Austin and I got to talking a lot and he told me that he was a Manager in training and I don't think anyone else is more deserving of the position. He was beyond helpful and didn't mind my constant phone calls.

Very helpful staff and clothing is not all the same as rest of the stores

Barrett saved the day for us, I was shopping with my 12 year old daughter and she was getting discouraged, we were almost going to call it a day and leave, when Barrett came over to help us by grabbing some shoes for her to try on that she didn't choose, just some great style options, and she loved them so much we happily bought them, all thanks to Barrett! I highly recommend shopping at this store, and go see Barrett, he didn't try to push us into the most expensive shoe thay had, he just offered helpful advice!

Great shoes, always the latest shoes! Way better than buying online (it's better to try things on before you purchase them)! The nicest and coolest employees. Way better shoe selection than Dsw, shoe Dept., kohls, and any other shoe retailer!

I was told by my doctor that i need a shoe that would help some one with plantar fasciitis, and i had no clue where to even start with this. Both gentleman that were working in the store today were beyond helpful, and got me in the right shoes. Thanks guys, you were so much help!!
