My daughter really wanted the Vans slip on shoes, they just didn't work with her foot. The lady working had helped my daughter find a similar design on a shoe that ties, which ended up being the right one. Unfortunately they did not have her size in stock. We were able to order it on a Saturday afternoon and got it 3 days later shipped to my choice of home or the store with free shipping!

Great shoes, cool employees that are ready to help and start a conversation, and a fairly good selection of shoes to choose from. I recommend always trying the shoes on though; a lot of people I know have had sizing issues with Vans in the past.

The shoes here are wonderful. They have a wonderful set of staff too. I got my first pair of Vans and they found me the right size. Still wear them to this day!

Journey's is my go to place when I want something diffferent! I usually make a deal with one of the cashiers if hey have my size (13) in the particular show that I'm wanting, I buy it! I'm always happy that salesperson are so professional and welcoming! The manager (Corey) greeted me and wanted to know about my style and things! He had some killer style! This location NEVER lets me down! Anyone should go pay them a visit! I walked away with my first pair of Birks and I'm LOVING IT!!!

Nephew wanted some croc and when he walking thru mall and he seen them got fitted got size and he spent his Christmas money happy

I bought some timberlands and the lace broke on the side of them in the first month and they returned them and gave me a new pair. Great service!
