Sofia, Dustin, Melody, and Kirstin were of great help throughout the repair of older ring, and order process of my new ring. They were able to give me a sale price, along with 35% off with a 2 year no interest rate on credit card. I was blown away by their expertise and friendly assistance/atmosphere.

At first customer service wasn't all that then I went upstairs and the ladies up there were so gosh darn nice and helpful it was night and day from downstairs to upstairs

Great selection of summer clothes. Excellent customer service.

I needed a specific length for curtain rods. Very helpful sales associate. I have never had a bad product from Penneys and shop in store and online.

In the woman’s department today. She was so very nice. Really made sure I got the best price available. She also checked a dress I liked but said it wasn’t on sale but found one that was similar that was. Told me how to check on line. Who does that anymore,…going beyond ! This store was clean & had a wide variety to choose from. The checker was nice & quick. & we enjoyed BOGO half off everything we purchased! Yas!

Got in on seasonal clearance with some large discounts plus they had a coupon for an extra percentage off with or without your JCP credit card.

Clerks were very friendly.

Really nothing to complain about! We went to pick up an item I ordered online and the staff was very friendly! The dressing rooms were clean when sometimes at places they are not. It was nice to see the place busy. The staff was very nice and greeted us with smiles on their faces. They were also having a great sale!

I'm giving a 5 star because I was impressed with the customer service. What I don't like is...when you have a sale and then you add the coupon to the sale. Instead of putting something on sale and then, take the coupon off. The sale add has the coupon price on it and so does the store. Very misleading...I don't like that. If it's a sale then have a sale price and a coupon price. Because it's really not a sale then.

Good place for dress clothes that don't cost an arm and a leg. Also appreciate the petite section for pants! I'm not much more than 5' tall so finding pants that fit nicely length wise is rare. A great place to shop.

Perfect selection of dresses that are pretty, fit nicely and are modest enough to wear to work or church; comes past the knee, no plunging necklines and has some sleeves or coverups for the shoulders. I keep coming back for their quality formal work wear!

There is no better place for undershirts. I have been buying heavyweight tees by Stafford for years. Nothing better. I don't have the body for V-neck, so I get crew neck. I absolutely love these shirts. They also have a nice underwear selection. I also love anything by Foundry. The shirts are excellent.

They have been so awesome! Since their dressing rooms were closed I couldn’t try on shorts, so I guessed. I have gained a lot of weight since April. I returned shorts twice, finally got it right the 3rd time! They were patient and understanding. July 2nd, I ordered my daughter a swimsuit. It made it to my local post office where they said the box was damaged and their was nothing in it. I called Penney’s and they told me to come n and get one for a penny.

Excellent sales. Great customer service. Love this store to the moon and back.

This is a really nice store.

Love to shop here. Not everyone likes to buy via the internet. There are lots of dresses in various styles, for all shapes and sizes. The prices are reasonable, and there is almost a sale going on, or coupon you can use.

J Penny's is my go-to store. They usually always have what we need. I've been shopping at this department store for several years. I enjoy their rewards and the benefits of their cards. There are many other stores to spend money at but somehow I always end up here in the end!
