Dillard's

What a huge financial investment Dillard's is putting into this store. They have taken over the old Yonkers store and it looks like this will be the largest high end department store in Lincoln. Very exciting to have a great shopping experience taking a foothold on the area. ...well needed. Likely going to be my first stop for clothes.

I always buy my colognes and my wife perfume from there in its great but very high price !!

Ahmad in the shoe department was great! Very helpful, personable and professional. He has an incredible talent in fashion and helped match my shoes to a dress I’m wearing to a very special wedding. 10/10 would recommend!

Great selection, decent prices if you wait for a sale.

I was last minute prom shopping and was looking for a suit and I was lucky to run into one of the nicest person I’ve ever met and he really helped me find a good fitting suit. He also told me about what kind of alterations I should get and he recommended me the custom tailor service that is offered. I’ll make sure I come back and get the suit altered because I believe it would be in great hands.

Wonderful to have someone help me who knows the merchandise. And has a smile and willing to help !

Great store to shop at and I love how they expanded to the empty store next door. Can find some good deals and sales at the right time.

Dept stores are in such short supply with everyone being able to shop online today. Dillards has a great reputation and with reason.
The day I was there, they were remodeling so there were areas that could not be entered and I felt inventory was down some in several departments of women's clothing which is perfectly understandable.
The sales ladies I worked with were friendly but not breathing down your neck--just the way I like them.

Dillard's in Lincoln is serious about being Lincoln's one-stop department store-style shopping! If you can't find what you are looking for here, then you are not looking hard enough! Impressive addition and remodeling of the store!

I went shopping for a bra tonight after getting a rec to see Andrea in the bra department, and she was AMAZING. I have nerve damage in my right shoulder and after a bad pain flair, I’ve been struggling for months to find a bra that doesn’t crunch my shoulder. Andrea remeasured me and found the perfect fit. It was literally and figuratively painless. No more crunch. This was the first time I have ever left a store with happy tears in my eyes. Thank you Andrea!!

If you want the best tailored suit ever ask for Drew in the men's professional section! I've had him Taylor suits for myself, my employees, my children, and my friends. Every single time he meets my expectations and then some, which is very difficult to do! Thanks again Drew you're the best!!!

Great selection for women's perfumes

I was recently in the Dillard’s Lincoln store to shop for perfume. Sandy, the employee who assisted me was very informative and helpful. She gave me time and space to look over the large selection that the store carried. When I had made my selection, she efficiently took care of my purchase. She is very warm and welcoming, making the customer feel valued and important!!

We got great sales tonight! Which was nice! The sales associate that helped us was also very nice and patient. We went in mid July and I know it's hot out, but I wish it was a little cooler! Bathrooms were nice and clean as well!! We ended up with some cute dresses for a wedding!

3 YEARS AFTER THE PANDEMIC AND THIS PLACE IS STILL AMAZING! DREW IN THE SUIT DEPARTMENT IS THE BEST TAILOR AND SALESMAN I'VE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I'M HAVING HIM DO OUR ENTIRE WEDDING AND ALL OF MY SELF, MY EMPLOYEES, AND MY SON'S SUITS FROM NOW ON. I PROMISE YOU IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT FIT SUIT AND THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE ASK FOR DREW!

I like this location The associates are very helpful. if anything my only minor complaint would be during the pandemic they are way understaffed. The reason for the five star is even though under staffed they still do their best to make sure you get what you need

I called the store in a panic, my family needed some outfits for dinner at the country club. We had one and half hours until the dinner. The people Rebecca, Kitty, Jordan and Jen were amazing! I called ahead and they put together possible outfits ready for my family to race in and choose then be on their way. Thank you so much for not only being very professional but pure class helping us with a very important dinner. I will forever be a Dillard's customer because of this store and their team. Thank you

I always enjoy walking through and seeing what kind of fashionable options they have, even when I don't pick anything up! The majority of their men's clothing selection are very fashionable, not necessarily in the colors I like but overall I would highly recommend stopping in. Maybe I should do a dye experiment soon and see if I can customize a shirt into the colors that I like, haha!
