Walmart Pharmacy

They've always been friendly & helpful. My prescriptions are filled in a timely matter. If there's been any issue regarding a prescription or insurance they are quick to communicate & help resolve it!

Whom ever answered my call this morning at 9:39 was the absolute rudest person I’ve talked to at this pharmacy. All I did was had a question on how the medication was ran to insurance and to make sure it went to both she acted like it was end of the damn world. I did end the phone call with “maybe next time don’t be so rude.”

Extremely unhelpful. They will go out of their way not to help you. Richard will take pleasure in finding arbitrary reasons not to fill your prescription. If you have any other options, you better take them.

They shorted me 3 days worth on a prescription of Augmenton for my son's ear infection. Then they seemed surprised that I didn't have enough. Whoever mixed it obviously mixed it wrong, because even if my son had "spit some out", I only pulled the correct dosage out of the bottle each time & yet there was nowhere close to enough. They're shortchanging people & billing their insurance for the full amount. They used to give a little extra just in case. Now they don't even give what they're supposed to. Then they request another prescription from the doctor to cover for their pharmacist's mistakes & bill your insurance again.

Tried transferring a prescription to the Willmar pharmacy from Marshall and Richard and his tech Lisa were extremely rude. Pissed that they had to call and get a transfer. I get that you are a business but you also need to have customer service skill which neither had. Usually Walmart is great but not this one.

I have a prescription that I need to take to literally not potentially die that's on backorder at my usual pharmacy. I called around to different pharmacies to see who could get it, and Walmart was (perhaps not unexpectedly) the least helpful. It's not a common prescription, and the pharmacy tech on the phone didn't seem to know what I was asking for. Before she even had time to put it in to the system, she told me that "Nope, we don't have it." I then asked her if she could possibly order it in, after which she told me that they couldn't. It's not in their system. Because I thought she probably didn't know what she was even searching for, I offered to give her a brand name to search instead of the generic name.

Thanks for the help, Walmart.

Rude and unhelpful. My insurance changed and they got pissy and the prescription was sent a few hours before hand and was still not filled by the time I got there.
