We went to this shop for the first time on 4/13. The store was much bigger than we expected, it's very clean and bright and had a steady flow of customers. We were shopping for alternatives to the vape stuff we had. Peanut greeted us first. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about the products. He and my hubby went one way and I began talking to Nina about my likes and dislikes of what I had. These 2 people made the entire experience a real pleasure for us. We bought some products and tried them at home over the weekend. I just got back from returning to the shop to make a larger purchase. They will be seeing a lot of us in the future! If you haven't been in this store yet, just go! It's a great experience, a great shop, really nice inventory and awesome staff!

The staff were amazing, Amanda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in seeking some help understanding more about vapes and coils and juices and she explained everything perfectly and assisted me choosing a product that would work for me. I live 45 mins away and I will be giving Sally’s as much of my business as possible. Thank you Amanda

Sally's has such a great selection and SUCH superb staff. They went above and beyond for us, and we stopped by a few times while in town.

Great knowledge about products, we bought some smoking pipes, disposable vaporizers, kratom, CBD, tobacco products, a couple wraps and probably some more.

They are very helpful for the tobacco you are looking to get and they are very helpful if you have questions and they will let you test out the vapes that you buy before you leave to make sure that they work

Sally tobacco is a quick and convenient tobacco shop with a wide array of tobacco list and tobacco products as well as other products that are great for those who wish indulge. The customer service is great, friendly for sure and the place is very welcoming.

Amazing customer service. The staff as well as the owner of the shop very open to my suggestions and needs. Whenever I had a question on a certain product they were more than happy to assist me with my questions. Very knowledgeable on products as well as what to even stay away from. I moved to Willmar MN a few months ago & was looking for a tobacco shop that has everything I'd like so I didn't have to go to multiple stores. I asked around & People were suggesting Sally's Tobacco. I checked it out and I'm not disappointed. Not just because they have everything (and then some) of what I need but because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff, ESPECIALLY Julio & Mandi, make it even more welcoming. Everyone there is friendly but you can tell they care about their job and want you to leave satisfied. Thank you guys for being amazing and making Willmar a little more tolerable. 😊

I'm not a smoker but my aunt is and she wanted to switch to a vape, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Suggestions were the best for the switch from cigs to a vape. Definitely go if you're a smoker

It's one thing to have good prices and a variety of choices, but the service went above and beyond. My fiance had been getting I'll from vaping and didn't know why and this place educated her a little on something she didn't know. A plus service.

This store has always been great to pop in every time I've been. All the staff are awesome and know their stuff. Nina rang me up last time I stopped in and was super helpful. They have a great selection of glass and all your vaping/smoking needs. The HHC/delta whatever selection is fantastic for those who don't have a "green card" as well.

I bought this rda, the guy helping me helped teach me how to set it up and gave me a few tips, great help, great store!

Costumer service? Immaculate! 10/10? More like 1000/10! I love it here and everything they do for their customers they are super friendly and they are always down to help out when needed. Nina was a big help recommending different things to try based on what I was getting , would recommend 😌😌

I went to this store, still crying from a fight I had with my 15 year old. We’re grieving the loss of my mother. I didn’t catch this gentleman’s name, but I have to say he was absolutely amazing! Came up to me with a box of tissues. He was extremely helpful! Not to mention he said I could help myself to a beverage and he’d cover the cost. Little gestures, but they meant the world to me! This man needs a raise!
