Caribou Coffee

Since Drink and Food cannot be ready right way while customer orders, my hot drink and Breakfast Sandwich set on the counter top for a few extra minutes then necessary and it was not a busy time.
I like my food and hot drink to be hot so I think that it would be a great "Customer service" feature to bring the hot drink and Sandwich to the customer while he/she work on their computer/phone!

I'm thinking that I can't remember a more pleasant staff member in a coffee shop. She was so genuinely friendly and nice. It was a delight to be served by her. And then I turned around and her colleague already had my drink ready - almost like a magician. And the Mint Condition continues to be my favorite drink. I've traveled to 156 countries and I've never found a coffee drink I enjoy more (of course, I'm kind of a wimpy coffee drinker - I lean way to the sweet side of things).

Caribou is one of my favorite stops for a coffee. The employees are always friendly, the coffee is hot and delicious, and the wait is minimal.

Staff always friendly when go inside. Never a long wait. Order always correct. Always an easy enjoyable stop which why I keep returning.

I went through drive through and employee was very friendly in taking my order.

I had a rough morning and the woman who helped me this morning completely turned it around. I sadly did not get her name but she was absolutely wonderful (she was the 4th of five siblings if that helps her manager give her some recognition!!)

Awesome customer service! Better coffee and more options than Starbucks. Ordered online on the app to pick up at 8:30am, got there 10 mins early and they had it ready in seconds! Sensational scones and other delicious bakery items. 10/10 would recommend to grab coffee here!
