Cash Wise Pharmacy Willmar

I moved to Willmar 2½ years ago and have been using Cashwise Pharmacy since then. I've never had an issue with my prescriptions. I receive a message when my prescription is ready, and they are always prepared when I pick them up. I appreciate that they call me to let me know if there's an issue with my medication or reaching out to my doctor. Despite the negative reviews, I have never had an issue. They even helped me to temporarily transfer my daughter's prescription out of state while she was on vacation. This was important because she couldn't miss a dose without the doctor's oversight. I'm grateful for their assistance and I truly value Nicki's help with my children's and my prescriptions.

I've had some issues with my insurance in the past and they have been very kind, patient, helpful and courteous in helping me figure things out. It's not their problem but they still take the time to help. Service like that is very much appreciated.

Quick and efficient

The wait time isn’t always the best, but I’m here quite a bit and the staff are kind and helpful. I run in to Niki a lot and she’s great !

Anytime there is an issue with my insurance or medication they call and inform me, which is something walgreens in willmar never does.

Why does it take so long for the meds. The prescription was sent way before we came here and its not even done!.

Absolutely horrible service. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I am overall a very patient person, so the first time I had issues with this pharmacy, I simply let it go. Now after several other times having a horrible experience, I have decided to write a review.
The drive to the pharmacy from my home is about 30 min. Several times now, they have sent me a text message to come get my prescription. I get there and then they tell me they don't have it, because I picked it up last week. Yes, I did pick a prescription up last week, however 3 days latter they started messaging me again saying I had until the end of today to come pick up another perscription. So, I went there and sure enough they did not have anything for me.
Another time I went to pick up my medication and they kept saying the doctor never called it in. So, I showed them the communication with the doctor in My Chart. Magically, they then found the script. And yet another time, the doctor sent a prescription and I waited and waited, then finally went there to pick it up and they told me they did not have it filled because they were out of stock. They had no idea when they would get more. It would have been nice if they called me to tell me that. So, I had the prescription sent to a different pharmacy.
After yet another horrible experience there today, I told them I will not continue to come there and I will find a different pharmacy.
Bottom line: they do not deserve our business if they cannot get their act together.

HORRIBLE! The Doctor calls in the prescriptions for a 75 year old woman at 930am for post operation care. We leave hospital at 2:00pm and the prescription is still not filled. They say ' sorry, it's here but can't get it ready for another 25 minutes". They expect the patient to simply sit in a hot car for a half hour after surgery! "Nothing we can do". UNACCEPTABLE that after 4.5 hours they could not get it ready!

One hour to get a shot.Three people ahead of me the person giving the shot didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Looked like he just crawled out of bed. No never will cash wise pharmacy get my business. Too bad I always went there. By the way I walked out with no shot. You better rethink your employees I was nice and gave you a one star. Should have been minus .

Horrible, I told the staff to give me a second so I could read him the person's birthdate and he told me to "give him a second" and grab another customer from behind me. I transfer the medication I had to pick up to the other one in the clinic, they are better! I told the person I picked up their medication that I'm grateful I don't use them as my pharmacy! No star recommend! First and last dealing with their kind of service.

I had trouble with my visa travel card. The first man I spoke to was a gem. I checked with the card company and was told they had to put my billing address and card # in. New security policy so I called and explained this to a guy named Matt. Was told they no way to do that then he said I should use a different card. Then he told me “I should get my act together”. I ended the call. Called back 5 minutes later wanting to speak to the manager. Surprising I got Matt again. He put on like he remembered my call or our conversation finally he did. He said it didn’t mean anything by saying “get your act together”. Then apologized hope that make him feel better cuz it sure didn’t me.

The older lady who works the cashier is incredibly rude every time I pick up my medication. Hideously bad customer service

They keep calling me to tell me my prescriptions are ready for pickup. When I get there, they are never ever ready and they tell me I should have called. I am currently trying to pickup my prescriptions for the third time. I tried calling but they had me on hold for five minutes and nobody answered. Ridiculous !

Very slow!!!!!! I checked in and the girl forgot to click that I had checked in. Poor service!!!!
