I’m an RN who was picking up a medication for a consumer on a Saturday morning who resides in a group home. It was a controlled substance that I was told would be ready for pick up the day before. I asked why it wasn’t ready since I called the day before and they told me it was being filled. I was asked to wait. The blonde lady with short hair needed to tell me how “my medication along with 600 other medications needed to be filled last night.” She also said she stayed 3 hours past her scheduled shift. I came back in 20 minutes. LESLIE was checking me out and asked for my ID. I went to retrieve my ID and I was curious as to why I had to show my ID when picking up for a consumer as I’ve never had to before for any consumers at their pharmacy. Even controlled substances. Even when medications are delivered to our group homes they do not ask staff to provide that. The very next thing she said to me was “ Well, you can go to another pharmacy.” I was shocked. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t appreciate that attitude and she needed to tell me that she didn’t appreciate mine. I was simply looking to understand their policy since it’s my identification. I pick up medications for many clients who cannot get to this pharmacy on their own. I will let everyone I know in the healthcare field and their families the treatment I received here. Dennis has always been wonderful and I cannot understand how he would approve of this treatment. I now will be taking my families business elsewhere. How disappointing to be treated this way by two of their employees.

My daughters doctor who is Dr.Staska in Willmar Mn prescribed a medication for my daughters cough which she has had for 1 1/2 week but CashWise pharmacy refused to fill it. When we asked why, they said that there moral feeling didn’t agree with the doctor prescription. Now we are staying up all night because my 10 year old daughter can’t stop coughing and CashWise pharmacy won’t allow her the medication she needs. I thought when you go to the doctors they know best but apparently it is the pharmacy. I truly thought Centracare was supposed to be better but apparently we should be seeing the pharmacy to diagnose our kid’s medical issues.

Don't know what has happened to this pharmacy! Used it for years without any problems. Ever since Chuck left it has been a nightmare to get meds filled. It is not acceptable to wait for TWO WEEKS to get meds. Each tech I talk to can't answer questions appropriately and each tech I talk to tells me a different story and then they blame it on the clinic when it is their problem. Unacceptable. You don't keep someone waiting two weeks especially for an emergency inhaler!! Changing pharmacies immediately.

The people were nice and helpful but it took a village and over 2 hours and 2 separate locations to get 2 common meds filled. I don’t think the system is very good, and no pharmacy anymore takes 30 minutes to fill a prescription yet both locations told me 30 minutes wait. I won’t be back to this system again.

If you need it in less than two days go elseware. I have had multiple call in refill orders that take two days to fill, ridiculous amount of time to get a prescription filled. Not very happy with how they process orders and complete refill orders. I switched to Walgreens and get prescriptions filled or refilled in ten minutes.
