Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Great place in general sometimes the service can be slow but that's only when they need to make new food.

Good food and nice workers. But I really wish I could get a twist cone! I mean, that was a thing, right?

6/4/23, went to the Moose Lake Dairy Queen for lunch and it was quite busy. What looked like the manager(dark haired lady) on duty was very busy with things. She handled a rush of customers and challenging young employees with grace and a smile. Wonderful to witness.

The Moose Lake DQ is a small town DQ with all the amenities of a Twin Cities location. The orders are always accurate and the high school workers are surprisingly friendly. I've never had a bad experience here, blizzards are always made to perfection. I know the bathroom is a little dated, but it's usually clean enough for 99.9% of people.

I see a lot of negative reviews but dont know if they've turned it around or what as I had a fine experience. This location does have indoor seating and full grill menu, food was good. Recommended based on my experience with this one time visit

We rolled in with our four hungry kids after a busy day of mountain biking in cold, windy, snowy conditions right as a young gentleman was getting ready to lock up the front door for the evening. He welcomed us in and we had great service. Our meals really the spot after being out in the cold all day. Thank you, Moose Lake DQ staff, for being so welcoming and awesome. Keep up the good work!

Can't beat Dairy Queen ice cream. This DQ has been in business in this town for many years - providing pretty decent food and service the entire time.

Great food, and very good service especially how busy they were, and how hard they were trying to get orders out. Super honest and communicative staff. We really appreciated it.

I like this Dairy Queen. The staff are nice (shoutout to the guy who liked my Kirby shirt, you're awesome!) The food was good. I'll make sure to stop by when I go through Moose Lake.

Very friendly to staff with excellent customer service! Food was delish, and they brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for us. Greeted the old-timers just like on "Cheers!"

I only have one Chief complaint tell your kids that you hire that work for you to handle the napkin and maybe a top for whatever it is that you're having so it doesn't spill all of your vehicle love the ice cream I liked it so much that I wore both Peanut Buster parfaits on my lap on the way home and I just ate it off my lap with the spoon thank you Graeter's Ice Cream better yet if you hand out napkins in a cover for the top of it ice cream treats thank you keep up the good work don't forget the napkins

Very helpful staff even though we arrived near closing time. Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious! Never felt rushed and they all thanked us for coming in tonight as we walked out the door. Great experience -- thanks!

Fast service even when lines in drive thru are long.. When orders take long they send someone outside to help the cars behind the one waiting.. To get u your DQ faster! Great service

The DQ in Moose Lake, MN, makes the best sweet treats of ANY DQ I've ever been to. Their helpers , also, will customize your favorite Blizzard to suit your special needs or tastes. Personally I like extra cocoa fudge. No other DQ consistently comes through for me like Moose Lake Dairy Queen.

Drive through to grab the 2/$5 cheeseburgers. Nice hot burgers and friendly worker.

Very long drive through line since they are still closed for indoor dining or ordering.
But the food is still worth it.

Seemed like a pretty busy location, but they steadily moved the line through. Food was hot even after a 20 minute ride home.
