Wonderful employees who have helped me expand my hobbies of vinyl work, embroidery and crochet. Every time I go into that JoAnns I know I will leave with a smile and satisfaction. I do wish there were more embroidery floss options though.

Staff was fantastic! I would go this store location anytime I an on a Ladies Weekend again. Friendly, patient and helpful they made it easy to find last minute craft projects for us to do!

Learning how to sew using YouTube. Not easy. But the woman who cut my fabric helped me so much. She's been sewing since 1954. Such talent!! Thank you!

This store is the only place I can find music themed material But I've only found such material in no pill fleece and 100p/c cotton. Hope more manufacturers make more and in a variety of colors.

Nothing spectacular but customer service was decent and they had what I needed along with some good deals so no complaints from me.

It depends on the person that Waits on you I have had 10 plus customer assistance and I've also had a 3 but the last experience I had was from Mankato and they were a 10 all the way.
