They're always timely and professional very informational if I have any questions more friendly and courteous than any pharmacies that I've had in the past

Always responsive to my medical needs, great advice!

For the most part, I have had pretty good service. My only gripe is, I never know what vitamins and such is on sale, and I usually have to go into the store to see. It is more out of the way than when they were located in the Skylark Mall. It would be nice to have an email sent out, so I can keep up with specials.

I'm not sure what the wait is about... I've used many pharmacies- the wait time here is long. I've had prescriptions, and not had them ready even days after. This is not exclusive to the Willmar Thrifty White- the staff here are actually very polite and helpful. This may just be a system thing, or something I assume is out of their control- which is why I have not switched pharmacies. The patience is worth it.

Prices are to high, just changed pharmacies and it cost me 30.00 for all the refills. Thirty white was triple that price, I have wasting a lot of money over the years

The pharmacist are snooty and rude.

Very unfortunate

I've been with thrifty white for years and just made the switch to a new pharmacy. Out of all of the staff there's one lady there that's always so sweet and helpful. Meds are never ready so I always call to make sure they are so I'm not driving across town wasting my time, whoever the younger pharmacist is that answers the phone has the attitude that your an inconvenience by calling she's so snobby and rude then just hangs up on you. There's another lady that will just blanky stare at you and say absolutely nothing throughout the entire process, just so rude. So my reason for leaving is the rude staff and meds are never ready even days after ordering them, they always seem to have some kind of excuse as to why your prescriptions aren't ready yet.

What the heck happened to you thrifty white? Drive thru service, promptness, and as small as a notification when your order is done has dropped significantly to a point where I have to make 4 to 5 trips their to get the orders and call constantly.

Staff there are very disrespectful to clients getting their medications Worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Glad I left and went to another pharmacy at least I am treated with dignity!

This pharmacy is the worst! I made 4 trips there to get my husband’s medicine. Mind you it was just one they said they had to order it this was Friday that it would be in that day at 2:30 and would be ready for pick up. Come Saturday I get text I go to pick up the medicine and it’s not even anything he takes. I tell them the name of med i was needing “ we have to order that i will order it it will come in today”. Again was what they said. Okay i said i go monday after receiving text saying my prescription was ready i do and yet its something my husband isn’t on. I tell them again they say have to order it. So on Tuesday the same thing come Wednesday i am pretty mad than they say your insurance doesn’t cover that med i call the insurance company and yes they cover it and recommend it so i have the pharmacist talk to my insurance company and she promises me the med will be that day and i will be able to pick it i get a text and guess what its not the med again and pharmacist has no collection of the conversation from that morning. Whatever you do don’t use the pharmacy

They are the worst just discharged from hospital went to pick up meds got 2 got all the way home realized should have been 3 called they said it's hanging not the first time they have done this. Now have to make another trip there 20

Prescription never ready. The staff will lie to patients and have excuses for why meds aren't ready. They make you wait til your last day of med is up before refill. I would never use this pharmacy for myself, but this is the pharmacy my clients use (I work w disabled people). It's super frustrating!
