We were at the willmar store bought 10 50lb bags of wood pellets getting ready to load them when an employee (Nick) came and offered to load them. It's not often that you can find customer service like that anymore. You have a good employee in Nick.

Menards is perfect for ordinary families who want to build or remodel but don’t have a massive budget. Back between 2019 and 2020 my husband and dad built our home in 13 months using almost exclusively materials from Menards, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, I’m not sure if it’s specific to this location or not, but our kids absolutely LOVE the way they set up all the Christmas trees each holiday season at Menards. They get so excited to run through “the Christmas tree forest.”

The new cashier was polite, and she was really awesome to talk to . I went and bought a patio set for my deck

This Menards store is super clean and well-organized. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a great variety of products, cutting down on the number of shopping day stops. The prices are decent, which makes diy projects actually doable.

They are always polite and help me find what I'm looking for. Also, their don't make me feel stupid if I don't know what something is called or how to do it. I am a woman & 53yrs old just starting some diy on my own which I've never done. Other places have made me feel like I should know it already or stand aside & let the professionals "men" do it. Thank you Menards in Willmar, MN for NOT making me feel weird asking newbie type questions. That's why I choose to shop with you.

Menards is always good!! Sometimes just walk around and look what they all have and gives me lots of ideas. By far my favorite store! Allot of things for men! Even good food, snacks, etc.

Great customer service. I needed parts for an old camper and they helped me find everything. There was only one thing they didnt have that I needed, but the gentleman helping me actually offered me one that he had laying around his house. If you need anything they will help you out in every way. Also not to mention they were all very nice to talk to and I had a great time there.

Preston in cabinets was sooo very helpful AND patient! Great customer service skills. We're new at looking for cabinets and she made us feel comfortable and didn't make us feel stupid. LOL
Everyone else we came in contact with was friendly.

Oh Menards, how we have missed your smiling faces, eagerness to help & stock on hand! We spent 10 weeks in an area that while warm, did not have a Menards. Our Willmar store was missed greatly! Keep up the good work, Crew!!

My 2 grandkids and I asked for help in buying outdoor carpet for the end of our dock. The Menard's guy recommended the sturdiest carpet, got the glue and spreader we needed, and also helped us get the exact right cinch straps to hang up our hammock. He was so nice! We were very happy with our visit. Thank you!

Valerie in the paint department was awesome. Another associate said the piece of siding we brought in for a paint match wouldn’t work but Valerie was happy to help and the paint match was totally spot on.

Everyone was so helpful and really made my experience a good one even tho I came late and it took a while. Daryl and Conner helped me get the correct number of blocks picked out and Jessie and Jon were so super helpful outside loading all the bricks! They were kind and didn't complain or make me feel terrible (even tho I did feel bad they had to load all those bricks! ). Thank you so much to the staff at the Willmar Menards! A++++!

Menards is basically the Walmart of home improvement. Almost anything you need from fixing a leaky sink to completely redoing your houses electric can be found here. If you can’t find it, you can always order it as well. The staff is friendly and can help you find whatever it is you are looking for. The prices too are fairly good, and keep an eye out for the 10% rebates!

Hi my name is Darlene and I live in Canada. I called the Menards in Willmar because I was looking for some blue patio chairs and the website said this store had 8. I spoke to a very helpful young man by the name of Jason. He looked on the floor plus up in the stockroom looking for the 8 available chairs. He was so very nice and polite. Unfortunately the chairs were not to be found. Menards is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. Keep up the very good customer service Jason! :)

Great store with variety of different items for household and outdoor. Love the 11% deals and rebates.

Excellent service. Had some issues while doing home improvements. The GM John got involved and took care of the situation to make it right. I would recommend the Willmar Menards for any home improvement project.

Extensive selection of products, clean aisles, neat shelves and most importantly helpful and sincere staff. Definitely an upgrade from other box stores.
