I was in the market for a new bike after 18 years on my old bike. Honestly, I wasn't planning on purchasing from Rick's, but stopped by to take a look. Jedd was EXTREMELY helpful right off the bat. I'm 6'6'' and ride year-around on tar, gravel, ice and snow....so, I needed a bike that could cover a number of needs. Over the course of several weeks of conversations and research, he helped me get hooked up with a Trek Marlin 6, They assembled the bike and installed studded tires for no extra charge (beyond the price of tires). I'm super happy with the service and helping me get into the RIGHT bike for me. Thanks!

Fantastic little shop for purchasing a new bike or having your old one repaired! The owner is very knowledgeable, honest and easy to communicate with. We found a perfect bike for my husband to haul our kid trailer with, here. And they’re helping me restore the old Trek that my sisters and I rode in the 90s. Support local!

Went there to get a replacement crank arm. He had the right part at at a very fair price. He also put on the old pedal to the new crank arm. Great Service. Hard to find such good service anymore.

My 42 year old Schwinn 10 speed bike was tuned up at Rick's & it is just like new. They did a terrific job on my bike. It rides so smooth now. In fact, it is shifting just like the day I bought. I would highly recommend this shop to all.

Visiting from Florida and needed to get warmer gear for much cooler and winder MN weather. I found the store to be amazing and the sales rep could not have been nicer. Will definitely be heading back for some more gear to take back with me to FL.

This is an excellent bike shop. I always get good service, and the work is done quickly and knowledgeably. They have good accessories which have served me well for years. I hope they are open for years to come.

Excellent service on our bikes. Very knowledgeable and helpful when I tried in a few bikes. I'm tough to fit(short on both ends) but they found some that fit well.
