Whenever I need dealer only parts I come here. The guys in the parts department are very helpful.

I felt lost the entire time, no one put it in terms a non car person would understand. I was given the paperwork and told to call some number. when I called it they said no they only work directly with the ford company. To say the least I'm upset, confused, and disappointed. So far NO ford company in the area is helping me figure out the issue with my tire and no one is willing to sit down and actually figure things out to the end. This will probably be my last time leasing from ford.
