Mega Coney Island

My husband and I stop here nearly every time we travel between northern and Southern Michigan. Amazing portions, great prices, delicious food, wonderful service. Can't get any better. And breakfast all day. We love it!

I’ve been dining at Mega’s for years but tonight I learned something that made my meal that much more delicious! Order the Flint style Coney with no onions, wow! What a meal!just mustard and have the hash browns cooked DRY, no oil or butter ! The potato flavor is not hidden! Veronica is an outstanding waitress!

Vanessa seated us with a beautiful smile. Last night an ice storm hit us (see pic) causing us to have 12 hours of no electricity with no hope for restoration in 4days. We enjoyed their coney special which is a great value. I ended up in tears because someone paid for our bill. I did not think anyone would hear me thank The Hostess as I entered mega for their heat and light. Table 2 if you read this review please know how surprised and grateful I am gift your thoughtful kindness. You are on this Santa’s Great list! Vanessa, thank you from r your wonderful job. My mom and I come see Brandy nearly every month. She is diligent, and kind. And she makes sure my mom is having a great experience while shes there. Thank you!!

Great local coney place. Had a Detroit and rings, yum. Then omg the ice cream chocolate cake with strawberries and whipped cream.

I got the wife chili cheese fries. She loved them. Her stanky bootie will be sleeping on the couch tonight.

This is where you go to buy a salad. Period. It's the absolute best salad for the absolute best price, dine-in or take-out, that you can buy anywhere within 50 miles or more, either from restaurant or grocery store or deli. They are so generous! It's only $14 and is so, so worth It! It is 10 minutes away from home, and we drive here to Fenton JUST for the salad.

The servers here are always kind, too.

Listen!!! When I tell you Mega Coney Island gave me life!! I was travelling back to Indiana via US23 and decided that I wanted to pay homage to Michigan with a hearty breakfast of Coney cheese fries....lol. Thankfully, Mega Coney Island was open and served their whole menu at 830am! I have never visited this location but decided to take a chance..I am so glad that I did!!! I pulled to the drive thru, and the server answered a few quick questions. He was super helpful AND friendly!! I ordered some Coney Cheese Fries (with detroit style chili) and a couple of sliders... OMG 🤪 I intended to just eat while driving, but after one taste, I had to pull over!! The Coney sauce was soooooo good and flavorful, Fries were piping hot... just wonderful. This is exactly what I was looking for!!! Reminded me of my childhood where Coney Fries were my favorite treat. Thank you, Mega Coney Island, for making my day, I'll definitely be back on my next trip! 😊😊😊

We always stop by for breakfast on our way up north. This place is fast and super efficient! Every single server is super friendly and ALWAYS friendly. We give it five stars!!!

I love coming back to Michigan, visiting my family and Mega. The food is good, the service is excellent. The portions are great.

Mega Coney Island surprises with an outstanding gyro. Juicy, well-seasoned meat tightly wrapped in a soft, warm pita, accented with fresh veggies and a tangy tzatziki sauce. The perfect harmony of texture and flavor it offers is beyond satisfying. This place turns a simple gyro into a remarkable culinary delight.

The food was very good hot . The only thing asked for over medium eggs it was well done.

Coney was delicious, fries were hot and tasty. The booth was clean but very uncomfortable. Server was very nice.

I can see why this place has been successful for so long! Food was fantastic and at our table surprisingly fast (they were busy and had a full house) & the service was friendly and attentive.

Loved the food and the service! Love that there's 2 kinds of Coney dogs. Personally liked Flint style the best, my wife liked Detroit style the best. Has a drive through. Tons of seating inside, and friendly well staffed restaurant.

The food and service was great big portions mega big I ordered the breakfast three eggs, two bacon's 🥓, two sausage's 🌭 two pancakes 🥞, hash browns and two pieces of ham and two pieces of toast and my sister ordered the rubin sandwich which was huge.we also ordered shakes to go which were amazing strawberry cheesecake and almond joy yum 😋 needless to say great food I even had food for the next day.

I always stop there for lunch after my U of M appointment on my way home. Everyone is very nice and the food is very good.

Coney's were great. Waitresses were great. Price and portions were acceptable. YES to the Koegels!!!
