After leaving a previous review regarding some minor mishaps and one massively unexpectedly rude manager. There has been a change of heart.

Leaving a review is easy. Good or bad. What happens after that is usually left to one person, a large corporation generically or ignored.

Well I’m so glad to say not only did the general manager Crystal reach out but also so did Jenn the operations manager. Wanting to get more of the story and find a way to apologize on behalf of the store and staff.

So to reiterate they have a wonderful hardworking staff. There is however one virus of a manager that unfortunately just doesn’t fit the customer service food industry standard of how a human being should treat others. Hearing this person talk to the staff the way she did turned my stomach. As a former food worker and supervisor. It took all I had to not speak up on behalf of a worker that by all accounts was just doing there job.

So you “RED” unfortunately need either some serious training or to find a better suited form of work.

The night shift staff on early Monday morning, Memorial Day made some of the greatest McDonald's. The burgers were perfectly charred, creating a flavor I don't usually associate with McDonald's. The toppings themselves were arranged meticulously. The fries, even after a drive, were hot, perfectly salty, crispy, and not too oily.

The guy in the drive thru in the morning is always very pleasant. I get my stuff and thats all you can want!

When you want a late night trash burger, it's a great place to be. No complaints. The food's always been right and hot.

This is one of the most friendly McDonald's I have ever been to. Food is hot and correct!!!

My 15 yr old went on an interview but did not hear back. Is it a practice to not call those who apply with a "thank you for trying" note

Great stop right off the interstate. One of the best McDonald's in the area for service and food.

From start to finish our experience at this McDonald’s was fantastic. The fries were hot and fresh, we ordered a triple cheeseburger (not on regular menu) and they didn’t skip a beat, and our food was ready in a flash, despite how busy they were. All employees were super nice, too. Highly recommended.

I've had many chicken nuggets in my life and get them for my kids on occasion now. This location does an amazing job better than any other mcdonalds I've been to. I know they're all the same but they "recook" them better. Not cold and soggy.

Love Owen Rd McDonald’s. You can order anything and they will always get it right and fresh out to you… especially later night shifts. They are fast and not lazy, and they know what they’re doing.

They have by far the kindest people!!! Every single time we come through everyone is so friendly!!! We have never had bad service, always exceptional! Thank you Sunday morning crew!

Best. McDonald's. Drive-thru. Ever! The employees are great! I did a drive-thru order for lunch. The person who took the the order was super polite and friendly. My order was perfect, and the chicken nuggets were the best that I have ever had from any McDonald's. They were fresh, hot, and had the perfect texture. I wish this location was closer to my house.
