On arrival, Dewayne reviewed the list of issues with me and discussed how they would be handled before getting started. While working, Dewayne answered all questions I had and would take the time to explain the work he was doing, letting me know my options when certain issues had complications from previous homeowner DIY work. Excellent experience! They are so professional, they call before arriving, on time. They are so friendly, gentle and clean. So consider with our property and belongings.
They changed 3 toilets in our house in time record, and even got rid of all the trash, including the old toilets.

Ralph and Brent (Putman and son) came out for an initial review of my project, for which I had already received an astronomical quote from the place I normally used. They not only beat that price significantly, but saved me from some unnecessary work and spotted a few other things that should be corrected.

They did a walkthrough of my entire basement and gave me their advice, but I never felt pressured on the recommended work. The final scope was replacing a gas line, replacing a main waste line to the septic, reseating a toilet, replacing some water line valves and capping a gas line to a fireplace. Tony and his partner came out the next day to do the work, and did an excellent job. They were quick, clean and respectful.

Putman & Sons will be me go-to for any plumbing projects in the future.

Dewayne and Ashton were super informative on our issue with our pipe being clogged underneath our toilet. They showed us when everything was all set and explained ways to prevent further clogs since our laundry drain and toilet are on the same pipe. I would definitely hire them again, thank you!

I had evidence of a leak in the kitchen from the soffit under the upstairs bathrooms. I thought it was a leaky pipe. Putman & Sons came out, carefully assessed what they thought was happening and provided dialog throughout. It was determined it was a bad seal on the toilet! This was a quick fix and a lot better than I thought it would be! The thoroughness and transparaency was awesome. I highly recommend.
