Great couple who take the time to bond with their customers. Not just another big music store with generic guitars and impersonal salespeople. They are one of the few stores in the area to carry Larrivee, of which I bought my first recently, to my great delight. I am very happy I listened to their advice.

Went today to purchase some banjo picks. Wonderful shop, with great owners! I got some great stuff and enjoyed a great conversation. This will definitely satisfy anyone in the stringed instrument department. There are also some unusual instruments here that you might not expect to find!

Outstanding! Here you will NOT find high pressure sales or anything fancy. The owners and teachers, Gordon and Wendy are almost throw backs from the 60's and they have brought their love of music to the modern age. They are not into the modern music scene BUT if you want the best basic understanding of how to learn and play an instrument you will not find better people to deal with. Their patients and understanding is most helpful to a student of ANY age and they have them all. They also sell a wide variety of instruments at very good prices and will NOT sell you what you don't need. They give honest and real opinions and advice. My son has been a student for 4 or 5 years now and is playing and writing on his own. Worth the trip and the time. NO FLASH for your cash BUT worth EVERY PENNY!

The owners are decent down to earth folks with a good array of acoustic stringed instruments. No electric instruments in sight. Also, Wendy teaches my son violin (she also teaches piano and guitar). I really like this place.

Stopped in here this morning with my son Daniel as we started our return trip. I think I played every guitar in the shop. Tuff time of year to buy myself presents, but I shall return. The best part is the memory. The experience of being in a cozy friendly shop without any pressure. Just good old time friendliness and hospitality. If you're looking for a nice well made acoustic guitar, start here first. Even if you don't buy anything,you'll bring something home with you, a pleasant memory and a smile.

Gordon is a great guy, very helpful, zero pressure. Quality instruments and very fair pricing. I recommend this little shop over any other guitar store.

The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will go out of their way to find the right musical instrument for you. The pricing is very competitive. They specialize in Martin guitars, and also offer music lessons.
