I have received excellent customer service! In particular, Jacque in service has been incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. I had some work done at another Nissan dealership that ended up being defective, and she went to great lengths to make it right after we moved up here to Maine. Highly recommend!

An excellent experience all around, Nick R. Is amazing at what his does. This is the second car he has sold my spouse and I in the past year. He makes the whole experience very easy and not stressful at all, I always suggest Marc Motors and Nick R. Anytime someone mentions to me they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Visited Thursday Afternoon and from the beginning received the full treatment. Got to work with Travis in sales and he was fantastic. After reviewing my options and the bells and whistles of the Frontier I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Introduced to the finance manager & service manager who were very helpful at explaining the details and options. Very Friendly Folks, worth the visit!

Nick has sold me 2 Sentra’s now. He is very thorough and efficient. The experience dealing with him and Marc Motors is above and beyond. This is probably the best dealership I’ve worked with and I’ve had experience with many. I highly recommend this dealership, all the great employees and especially my wonderful sales guy, Nick Reagan.

Amazing customer service!

Cary and the sales team did for me more then I thought possible. I was looking to trade my truck in for a low cost used car and they listened to my needs and personnel and financial situation and did more for me then I could have imagined. I ended up trading in my 2019 RAM that I was upside down on and drove away with a new 2024 Altima that was below my planned monthly payment. I would recommend Cary and the sales team to anyone looking for a new ride!

Gene was very professional and transparent. He didn't attack me with numbers and obligations and only brought them up when it felt appropriate. He answered all my questions honestly and negotiated fairly. He was also very personable and enjoyable to engage with. Even in the finance room, with oversight, the gentlemen I dealt with were very friendly and low stress. I was overall very pleased with the interaction and will definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase.

Never been a huge fan of dealerships, however, thanks to Liz, Jessie and Phil in the service department on the Nissan side, I will continue to use them for all repairs. Fabulous to work with and were clear on everything. Thank you guys for getting my Titan where I wanted it service wise and dealing with the warranty stuff.

I usually dread buying a car. I worked with Alex Eaton selecting and purchasing a new Frontier. I have to say this time purchasing a new truck was different in a very good way. Very little stress and Marc Motors worked with me well on a fair final price. Bottom line is that I am happy with my purchase and no feelings of regret.

Yesterday I bought a new truck from Marc Motors. We found the truck on their webpage in the morning, looked at it after lunch, and went back a couple hours later. We got a great deal and went home with the truck just a little later. Sebastian and the team at Marc Motors Nissan were great!

Travis was very friendly and outgoing to work with. He listened to my needs and what I wanted and found the car that I wanted to make the sale happen with the pricing also. He got the car delivered to the dealership within 2 days for me to purchase. Very thorough going over all of everything for the car.

I had an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection done. I like that you can watch the maintenance being completed. The sitting area with a TV is nice, and the kids room is a huge benefit. Complimentary snacks and drinks are what pushed the above expectations to well above. The vehicle did not smell like oil as if oil had been spilled during the oil change with was a plus as well. The only super minor negative was a bit of residue from the prior inspection sticker was left outside the new stickers area, but nothing a little isopropyl alcohol will not solve.

We went in unsure if we would purchase a car that day or shop around more, and we came home with a new car! Our salesman answered all our questions and we were presented with a great deal on our new car! We are beyond happy with our new Rogue!

Nick Reagan was the best salesperson I have had. The first person to really explain all the new features of the car. He also set up my phone for My Nissan. On top of that he did most of my transferring belongings to the new car! Shawn, the general manager was so easy to work with in making the deal. Very Happy.

I bought a 2023 Nissan Titan with 5700 miles on it on 2-18-2024. In less than 10 days of owning it the sunroof was leaking and several times the truck would not start one time it stranded me in Pennsylvania. Finally made it home and the day after I made it home it would not start again for the 3rd time. Throughout this entire situation, everyone was as helpful as they could be and very nice which I appreciated since this situation was a lot to take in.
