First time at this company and all I can say is the people there were so nice and friendly! They make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. It took me 3 hours (which I expected as a first time donor) but the wait was t bad because everyone is friendly!

I enjoy coming to talecris because the staff always has great energy and are always so respectful and polite. Momma always lights up the room and is great at her job while doing it. As long as I donate I'm coming here, the only thing that could be better is the music we need some livelyness up in here!😁👑

Hello, I wanna give this five stars and the only reason I’m giving us five stars is because of one employee Trish she always has an amazing attitude no matter what she’s going through. She’s always making sure that I’m eating correctly and even check back in with me about things I talk to her about.

It's clean and the staff are so professional,.. I have bad anxiety and they are so great that I don't have any anxiety and I assure you that you will be at home and comfortable with donating plasma for the first time...

This is by far the best plasma center in our area. Every time I go in and I'm treated with a smile everybody knows be by name I feel like I'm going to Cheers. Kristin is one excellent phlebotomist she always makes you feel welcome and she always can get my blood running,

It's a really great place to come. They have you in and out fast. Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also has the highest donor fees. Your always greeted with a smile.

I love coming here rather than any other plasma donor location. Everyone here is always in a good mood and make u feel like family. When in the process of donating they make time fly by being themselves on the donor floor/dance floor

Toya, Shaniqua, and BJ were the dream team. They are meticulous with their craft and they treated me with kindness, care and respect my entire donation session. They truly care about both the donor and the recipient and it reflects in their work.

They’re pretty dope. Yes as a first donor, It can take a while. however, after that, it’s pretty smooth sailing everyone’s pretty nice and in terms of getting stuck it is relatively painless and they’re pretty on top of making sure that the process goes smooth.

Grifols Talecris plasma center is the best in the Rockford wide area! It's the only center that welcomes you with a sitting area while you wait to do your vitals, which doesn't take long as opposed to the other centers. All the phlebotomist are very helpful & kind in making my donations comfortable. I wanna give a special thanks to Kristin & Jen period.

I love this place, staff is very professional and make you feel comfortable. Personally I feel its the best place to donate at. The pay is decent and they are very nice people.
