First time we shopped in-store and had a fantastic experience. The assistant manager was so nice and helpful with the return/exchange process. The store is huge and very clean and organized. Super nice employees. We will definitely go back.

My husband happens to be very picky about not only the fit of the shoe, but also the look and comfort of the shoe. He has several bone spurs in his feet and works as a local custodian, which keeps him going all day long. Famous Footwear is one of the few places we were able to find great shoes at a reasonable price which he loves! The store is in top shape, both clean and well maintained, the staff go out of their way to be helpful, and I witnessed several other happy shoppers.

The customer service is impeccable at this establishment. They genuinely take the time to help you find what you are looking for and if it is not available in store they look it up online. Highly recommend going if you are in need of any new sandals, boots, etc.

I wear a size 15 4xw shoes. They had s great selection and the service was greatest. The sales woman busted her butt to make sure I saw everything they had in my size. I ended up buying 2 pair of shoes and the last 2 packs of socks. I just went in for one pair of shoes. Go there you won't be let down.

Salespeople were knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. They were very helpful and enjoyed conversation with them. Love my new dress sandals and flip flops.

That was the day for me to find exactly what I wanted! Combat boot with zip sides in the color black! Plus they take military discounts too don’t forget they have jewelry their too! Buy one get one also! Location is nearby too, very convenient for me! They were super nice and helpful too!
