CGH Ready Care Clinic

I went to Ready Care at 11:15. I checked in, had one person in front of me. They had a TV on the wall stating the estimation of my personal wait time. I was called in right away. I was helped immediately, and now I’m on the mend. Very happy with the service given to me.

Had the best experience yet. Got seen without delay. Got tested, diagnosed, prescriptions given and sent on my way.
Next morning feeling a whole lot better and day after I'm on the mend. Should have gone sooner.

I was very impressed with the care I received at Ready Care on February 26th, 2024. The receptionists were very busy & worked very efficiently & with smiles on their faces. They were very patient with everyone I saw them interact with. As busy as it was I feared being basically brushed off but Tina took time to answer all of my questions during my appointment & was very thorough & caring. Jeremy

This is better than the Emergency Room. From the time I checked in to the time finished my appointment was about 30 minutes. The level of care was excellent, and very compassionate. To be open on a Sunday was another significant factor that led me to Ready care.

I seen Susan and she was absolutely phenomenal. She explained everything clearly and help me feel at ease.
One thing I always look for is “ bed side manner “ and she has it! Thank you!!

Waiting room had 7 others before me but it still was in a timely manor that I was sent to exam room . All were professional and friendly to me. I had xray done and rather than have me sit and wait, they called me about an hour after I left facility.

N fast. Seen the physician and was caring about
My peoblem. Looked at the problem and told what I needed and prescribed some medication
Said if I have anymore problems to come back.

The team was attentive and caring. Because it was something related to my eye they arranged an immediate appointment with the vision center. I felt well taken care of.

Got there first thing in the morning and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Very kind staff, and the NP did a great job talking me through her diagnosis and treatment plan.

Everyone was polite and friendly. My visit went quickly and got done without losing much time. They helped me with my problem and my visit was done. Thank you.

Was very glad they were able to get me in for treatment on the weekend in an extremely timely manner

I have used Ready Care many times through the years. I have received outstanding care and treatment every time!

Sure glad to have Ready Care when your nurse practioner is totally booked up. I can still get the care I need when something comes up. Thank You!

Went in for splinter deep and awkward in tip of finger , I felt bad bothering them for such a small thing and they wouldn't hear of it and thanked me for coming in !! They're the best and extremely professional, even cracked a joke or two - great folks

Got there at 8 and was out by 820 very pleases on time. Dr was very precise and pleasant very pleased with my care.

The staff was amazing! They got my testing done as soon as I got there so my lab work would be done right away for my doctor ! I was in and out in under an hour 😀

The doctors and staff are great always my first place to go when I can't make it to my primary
