Basically a first time customer, was there once a very long time ago. Staff excellent very friendly, Dr was awesome, my Saint didn't have any problems with staff or Dr. The cost was very reasonable. I found a new vet for my dog

Im sad to be leaving this vet as were moving back to WI. They have treated my 2 dogs and my cat like family. Always sweet, friendly and smiling faces ready to love on every furbaby that walks through the door. Dr. Patel is a very knowledgable, easy to talk to, friendly with the pets and just overall actually listens instead of thinking he knows it all. I genuinely am going to miss the staff here. Thank you for everything you have dpne for Phoenix, Clyde, Sativa and myself 🥰💕

Today was our 1st visit to the clinic for our dog and Kitten. We couldn't be more pleased with our visit. Apt. Was scheduled quickly, The tech that checked us in and roomed us was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Dr. Patel was wonderful with our nervous dog and talked to her like he knew her for years while giving her vaccines. Our kitten was a stray before coming to us and he checked her over very well head-to-toe to make sure she was as healthy as can be. We never felt rushed and we looked forward to Oakley and Fynlee's next visit.

I needed a follow-up appt for my dog. I had just moved here from NY, and they got me right in. Very informative and pleasant. This is now my dog's full time vet!!!

So happy I decided to go here for my kitten Luna because this is my first cat and I was so nervous about taking her due to her getting overwhelmed easily.. and the people there are so awesome. I had so many questions and they let me ask them all. This is the place to go if you are looking for a vet!

I will be using their Veterinarian Services. They were compassionate towards me and considerate of my decision to care for an adopted dog as soon as I found one.

Love Love Love Dr Patel and his staff. They helped us save a “dumped” kitty with several health issues. Dr listened to my input (I work in pharmaceuticals so I’m kinda bossy lol) and was so kind and flexible - this is a great vet clinic and I highly recommend ❤

Everyone is friendly truly loves animals. They will do their best to accommodate you and they know their stuff. Dr. Patel is very good. He explains everything so you can understand it. He doesn't rush you through. 1st vet to ever show me xrays of my dog who has many issues. I have been coming here over 3 years now. I have tried many vets over the years. Not leaving this one!

Went to this clinic for the first time last week . I was very impressed with the care given to my little Sophie . The nurse and doctor were very patient and kind with my dog and provided excellent care . Thank you so very much.

Just got my cat stellas shots and spayed with them, they are awsome!!! Everybody’s really nice and got me scheduled right away for appointments. Definetley give them a 10/10

Took my cat and got very good service and info. I had no problems scheduling an appointment and their prices were fair. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and helpful too.

Dr. Patel and his staff have been incredible with not only our cat but also with us! Our cat is very spicy and has an extremely rare blood condition but neither of these things scared Dr. Patel, he has treated our sweet boy to the best of his ability and we couldn't be more appreciative. Because of our cat's condition, we seem to always have lots and lots of questions to ask but Dr. Patel and the staff are never bothered by it. They take the time to go through everything with us and make sure we are always feeling assured! You have no idea how much this means to us! Thank you Dr. Patel, Rysa, Deborah, Brian, Xavier, Mariyah, and anybody else that has helped with the care of our Coco!

Dr Patel is awesome!! He performed surgery on Luna - very caring - took the time to show me how to clean her ears too! The staff is great. Highly recommend.

Compassionate care. They were up front about the potential wait and offered the option to leave my dog getting pain meds while I was able to wait next door at meijer away from the anxiety of the waiting area. They got her ear patched up and she's feeling much better. This experience was better than any of the other emergency vets I have been to.

I would highly recommend Dr. Patel And his Staff. They took great care of Simba while he was sick. As being the first time dog parent they helped us with everything. we are Glad we found Dr. Patel.

The absolute best vet I've been to and I'm sticking with him. He is thorough and very knowledgeable not just for the money, he cares. I took my dog to another local vet that just looked at my dog literally just looked at her and prescribed some stuff that actually made my baby worse. Then had the audacity to blame it on me when I called to voice my concern. I never went back and I should have paid attention when another patient almost beat her and her staff up for what they did to her baby. So I thank God for Dr Raj is amazing and treated me and my pet with respect. Now Star (my dog) is healing wonderfully and full of life again!!
