Love this place. So does Klaus and Kody as they give them treats. I get spoiled with yummy coffee and dogs get spoiled with a treat

Worked here for over a year (recently moved on to become an electrician), amazing owners, the best baristas (especially night shift), bragels are the best so are donut holes and the bigg cookie. Lattes can be expensive. I recommend asking for Iced coffee with whatever flavors you like (Caramel, Mocha, Marshmallow, White Chocolate, Butterscotch, Hazelnut, Vanilla, Coconut, Campfire/smores, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple, Blood Orange, Pineapple, Mango) Iced coffee is much less expensive than Iced lattes. Cream and Sugar are free to add to any drink. Sugar Free Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla, and Mocha are available on request. Lots of tea options including herbal tea, matcha, and Chai lattes. Overall great coffee shop with even better people.

I really enjoy the frozen lattes they have, sweet tooth and white lightning are my top 2.

Very friendly and appreciative staff. As always great food! I don't mind leaving them a tip! And this location is so tiny, but i appreciate how quick they are to get there orders put together regardless of that.

I was at the Biggby Coffee in Niles on Sunday ordering a very berry mocktail and a bragel sandwich. The lady taking my order was so kind and very thoughtful making sure my sandwich was properly cream cheesed and the extra sweet foam was to my liking. I gave the girls an extra tip. We see and hear all too often the negative things. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the lady's working that day your smiles, kindness and extra detail to attention did not go unnoticed!!!! Great job owners Josh and Sarah for recognizing talent in your workers. Highly recommend you stop by and given them a try. I will be back.

As for someone that is in Winlander Dunkin’ Donuts is always the coffee I go to I have found a new coffee and I can’t tell you how excited I was the flavors are amazing their sandwiches are absolutely delicious end of the service that you get at my nails BIGGBY is amazing! They put up with my weird coffee order every time!

Love the Bigby coffee shop! I used to just drink a regular hot chocolate but now I've broadened my horizons, with the help of the Bigby crew, I get a caramel mocca hot chocolate!! I feel so special. Great prices, good people.

Quick service! Delicious coffee! And Wonderful customer service. I did not get the name of the young lady at the window but she deserves a raise!!!! Honestly, she was a beautiful person.

I must say, as an avid Dunkin Donuts enjoyer, as well as Starbucks, this place is probably my new favorite.

The bagel sandwiches are large, and high quality. The bagel itself is soft with a nice crunch, and is not chewy like dunkins bagels. The sausage egg and cheese variation that I purchased was astounding in terms of quality. The cheese was melted, the sausage had a high fat content that made the sandwich very filling and savory. The egg was soft and fluffy, a perfect addition to contrast the savory sausage and rich cheese.

I also ordered a tuxedo muffin, and let me say, I felt as if I should have been wearing a tux to even eat this work of art. Vanilla and chocolate swirled about, coalescing around a brilliant sweet cream center. I was not prepared for such an extravagant taste bud experience.

The price is definitely worth it. I paid a $.30 premium over the Dunkin’ Donuts bagel sandwich and it was worth every penny. It also is cheaper than any Starbucks item. I often feel with Starbucks the food is easily eaten in a few bites, and I’m left with regret over spending $5 on a subpar sausage and cheddar.

Biggbys excels by taking what Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks are both good at, and combining it into
one astounding breakfast experience. You get Dunkin Donuts pricing, with what I would argue is ABOVE Starbucks quality food and drink.

Wow! I love my Biggby mocha mocha frozen with an extra shot of espresso but when I get the chance to go to the Niles store it’s not just awesome coffee its an awesome way to wake up! The people that work their rock!!!! AND Stephane is just a wonderful person to see first thing in the morning she will definitely put a smile on your face!!! She hands you coffee with a smile every day and not just a smile but always something nice to say about having a good day!!! So here’s to you stephani!!! You go girl!!!!

I will always be a bigger fan of Biggby over Starbucks or Duncan. I love all of their frozen drinks they make especially a frozen teddy bear! If you haven’t tied them out yet be sure to stop by and get yourself a treat.
