We are a nonprofit, and we're considering a pin set in 3 variations (yrs served). They made us a great deal, but in the end we dropped back to the base design. We still had a close need by date to have for a scheduled appreciation lunch. They could not guarantee but offered to ship overnight. They arrived in perfect time, looked great and were really appreciated. We are very cost conscious and thought the price was great too.

Pinmart exceeded my expectations on quality of product, turnaround, and speed of delivery. When I placed my order, I had a graphic that I wanted to make into a pin for an upcoming event. I did not expect to receive the product in time and thought I'd order now and save for next year. The speed at which my design was reviewed and submitted was fast, and then to have the pins delivered a week ahead of schedule was more than I had hoped for. The pins that I received were much nicer than I had expected. I anticipate that I will be making future orders through pinmart. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Great service. Easy to work with during design phase. This was a lapel pin for my High School Alumni to commemorate our '60th Reunion....they loved them and wore them proudly at all functions! A "Winner" Indeed!

his was a huge event, We are planning our 40th anniversary for Livingstone College (HBCU) in Salisbury N.C. I wanted something different for classmates, to wear and represent the college. I asked several locations; however, I decided to work with Pinmart. Julia was my representative. She walked me thru the process, and it was easy. Results - "Awesome" product and customer service. As a graphic designer, I designed a pin for my organization’s 75th Anniversary. Julia Rion was my PinMart contact. The whole process from start to finish was professional and personable. I had an excellent experience with PinMart. I ordered 2 shirts. The shirts are great quality merchandise. One shirt needed to be exchanged and the customer service was excellent. I emailed them and received the new shirt within a day by USPS. Renee handled my customer service and I rate her service APlus.

The two pins I decided on were beyond my expectations. Quality is wonderful. The sparkly star is lovely and the enamel mountain pin depicts the atmosphere of a moonlit night.

I love these pins! They have become VERY popular with my paracord bracelet customers and friends for the Halloween season. I ordered over 640 pins for a project, and although about 20 were missing, their customer service team assisted immediately and sent me the missing pins within a week. The quality of every pin looked great and looked much better than expected (based on previous experience with other companies). Pinmart has gone above and beyond and were able to fulfill my large order in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for future projects.

Fantastic service and communication! We needed 30 pins in 3 day for a funeral for my mom, who loved cardinals. I sent a message overnight and by the time I woke up I had the information on how to order to receive them in time. They were wonderful looking and everyone loved them.
