Showed up early morning because my oil cap filter was leaking and I couldn’t get it off. They said they may be able to get to it that day based on if their appointments canceled. Well a few hours later they called me saying they got it replaced( I did have the replacement part already) and my oil changed. Charged me an extremely reasonable price and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys working there are professional, and courteous. 10/10

Guy who works there is great. Fixed my car with a promise I'd be back to pay. When I did come back to pay he charged me like 1/3 of what he said it would be.

John was really friendly and professional— switched my filter/changed my oil at a really reasonable price and accurately diagnosed a transmission problem (even went the extra mile to show me the gross filter). He informed me that my had a service bulletin on the issue he diagnosed and probably saved me tons of money by telling me to call Toyota first— helpful, knowledgeable guy. They definitely found a new customer! Dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by the afternoon.

Finally!

After (2 Fails with Previous Garages) where I suggested the *Wiring* was the Issue (and not the Bulbs) in my entire (Rear Passenger Light Panel) being Out ... EE Thomas Garage FIXED IT!

Wiring, Traction Tire Sensor, New Horn Installation and Vehicle Warning Monitor (ALL FIXED) in One Day!

My only Complaint is:
I SHOULD HAVE WENT THERE FIRST

I stopped at the garage on my way home tonight because I had a metal panel/cover dragging. They pulled my car in, pulled the piece off and refused to accept payment. This made my day, thank you so much!

My son had his engine light on his car. He is still in high school and has to pay for his own repairs so we wanted to go to a place that was reliable and honest. My neighbor recommended this place. They explained up front the ranging cost to check and engine light and explained they could run the code for us at no charge and if there was a problem we could schedule an appointment later in the week. My son went to the garage and it turned out it was just that he was not tightening his gas cap. They reset his engine light and did not charge us anything. I REALLY appreciate this because I used to work at an automotive dealership and the service department there use to charge their hourly rate for this service which was $65 back in 2001....it is now $95. Thank you for being honest and reliable and taking care of your customers. I will definitely return for our service repairs in the future.

I had a great experience with EE Thomas garage. Very friendly service. My car was fixed properly. They called me with the price to fix it upfront. No surprises. Highly recommended!

Truck hit a bad turbo charger code at autozone. E.E. properly diagnosed the issue and was ablr to fix it and saving me thousands of dollars in the process. Highly reccomend this honest shop!

2003 Honda Pilot, 115K miles.
Replaced Timing Belt, Water Pump, Cam and Crank Seals, Motor Mount, idler pulley, accessory belts etc.
Basically... the works and more for the 105,000 mile recommended service interval. Pricing was well below the cost of the dealer, and the little extra things they did were greatly appreciated!
I'm writing this 3 months after the work was done...the vehicle is running like new. We were going to sell it in this year...but now we'll hang on to it, and visit EE Thomas for all our service needs.
I can't thank Johnny and his crew enough for their professional and honest work!

Dodge Ram Pickup.
Installed my new fuel pump and fuel tank hanger straps...and a front shock that had a frozen lower mounting bolt.
Dropped the truck off at 8AM...They called me at 2PM to tell me the work was done!
The good news...the labor cost was LESS than I had agreed to pay when I made the appointment!
Everything worked out fine. No more engine hesitation, noticeable difference in front end handling over bumps, and they apparently calibrated the dash gas gauge...which had been incorrect forever.
I like these guys, and more importantly, I trust them!

Showed up with the valve stem on my tire broken at the end of a bitterly cold day and they didn't hesitate to help and only charged five bucks. Grateful.

Car broke down I was 2 hrs away from home and wifey was going through outpatient surgery. I explained my dilemna at noon by 315 car was fixed back on road before wifey was released. Truely saved my day and did not charge me any extra for dropping everything and getting this done for me. I and wifey truely ty for doing what you did I’ll never forget you kindness and may I add I dropped car off he gave me ride back to where I was and picked me back up again truely standup shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone went out of his way to save my day

I have had a few vehicles worked on here a 05 Chevy Silverado 2500 hd brake booster I’ve had a 09 impala sway bar done and on two different occasions I’ve had my 04 mercury Grand marquis worked on first time round both front shocks second time intake manifold rear diff fluid trans service and a bunch of other little things like cleaning battery terminals etc.and I can say these people are trustworthy honest with their diagnosis and take care of your car just like you would I would never go anywhere else if I had one negative is that they are always busy but well worth the wait to get a quality repair

Figured out what was wrong with my car in barely a day. Didn’t go through with the repair as the car wasn’t worth the money. Didn’t even get charged for diagnostics, Great professional guys.

Friendly, family-owned business that are beyond helpful and honest. Respectful, courteous, and as a woman in a garage I don't feel like I'm spoken down to or being taken advantage of.

I have been going here since 2016. The customer service is amazing. They are honest hard working ppl. I appreciate their service. Won't go anywhere else.

You will be hard pressed to find a more honest and fair priced mechanic in town. Great work at a reasonable price.

Don't Monkey around, trust is a must. This isn't just something they say. They live it. Lots of knowledge and they try to save you money when they can. I won't go anywhere else.
