Bought a used home. Vary happy with the park team. Vary helpful. They are in the office all day. Noticed that right away. Remember your buying/renting a mobile home not a house. Repairs have to be made. It works like a used car. You buy. You own. You fix. 😁

We downsized and purchased a home here when my husband retired. We have had nothing but great experiences since moving in. Great customer service, quiet at night, new street coverings, monitored parking areas and many new homes coming in. We love it here!
