Spoke with Jackie Hilton on Friday, August 28th about some real estate tax questions. Even though it was 4:30 on a Friday, she was particularly helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions, explained how to find what I needed by email, and also sent me an email with all the links I needed. Over all pleasant experience, especially at the end of the week when a lot of people might have been grouchy and just ready to go home. Say what you will about Springfield in general, but dealing with the city/county has always been a wonderful experience compared to other places I have lived!
