I love Starbucks but coming to this location can be a challenge because the staff is not very friendly.

The ladies here are incredibly sweet, kind and thoughtful. Every time I've ever been there (regardless of how early) they are always polite, courteous and all smiles.
I love their cheerfulness!
I definitely feel like this is one of their best locations. It is absolutely one with a friendly, welcoming environment - where you are treated as a person rather than a number.
(Honestly, I go out of my way just so I can go to their location, in lieu of any other.)
Truly want to recognize these ladies for having such admirable, genuinely positive attitudes so early in the morning; for their exceptional service and for being the reason why some of our days are a little, bit brighter.

Even if there is a line to the door, the wait time is not long. This Starbucks crew knows how to move people through quickly. After a few visits they usually remember your drink order too! Fast and friendly service.

I have searched for a Starbucks for many years that was close to home that felt like home, my search is over with Starbucks in Elk Grove Village! Greg and his team make such delicious coffee and are always so welcoming! Greg always has a smile you can see through his eyes (since masks are required) and my girls (2 and 6) enjoy saying hello! This location even stayed open throughout the stay-at-home order to serve the Community (essential workers), how blessed and grateful we are for your service!
Thank you for making my coffee the best every time no matter who is working, that is truly the best feeling especially when I drive 10 minutes each way with 2 crabby children at times lol. THANK YOU ELK GROVE STARBUCKS YOU ARE TRULY APPRECIATED!

I get dropped off quite a few times in the morning to be closer to get to work and have to wait till time to walk over there. This is the place of my choice, staff is always friendly so early in the morning and always willing to help. Even when I have to wait after work for my ride, again this is the place I'd choose.

Amazing service , Employees were so kind and patient. i had ordered iced matcha latte 2 pumps of chai and vanilla sweet cream foam in a grande :)

Quick drive-thru for frappuccino and a cake pop. Service is always great.

Very good vibes whenever I visited this place. Baristas here are very nice and super fast. They make your order ready in few seconds with quality. They take care customers very nicely. They also have patio outside so you can seat outside and enjoy your drink and food with there free wifi.

This Starbucks recently opened a few months ago... I have only been through the drive thru here....cuz I'm racing to work! Every visit has been an absolute pleasure... the staff here is top notch.... so friendly and helpful... and take care of every need... including an extra treat! It's worth the stop!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful, the drinks are always good and the goods are always stocked. The dining area is clean as are the bathrooms. Overall I have never had a bad experience here!

Love this location; staff is friendly, service is quick and great. New location is a bit small and parking isn't stellar now, but the drive thru was an added perk for them.

Starbucks has VERY GOOD COFFEE always FRIENDLY STAFF even when my coffee wasn't made the way I wanted it they fixed the problem with in minutes I'm always VERY HAPPY WHEN I GO TO ANY STARBUCKS U GUYS GET 5 STARS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Starbs is always good, this one has 2 longer tables that are great for groups or if you just need a little extra space to spread out for a work station.
