Charter Oaks Mobile Home Park

I’ve rented from Art and Terry off and on for years, and they’re easily the best landlords I’ve had! We love our little home. This park is safe, quiet and very nice. Highly recommend! 💜

This has to be the best trailer park in Springfield. I live here and I really like it.
Moved away for a couple years and was fortunate enough to to get back into a bigger unit that was freshly redone. The staff are wonderful and the pride shows in many homes here. It's good to be a northender. Lots of places to eat and shop are close by. Sherman is only a few miles up the road with more good places to eat and a nice park to jog or walk.

The mobile home neighborhood is quiet and a nice place for children to play together. My daughter and her family live there and have had no problems.

I currently live here it's quiet it's nice it's well kept it's not many places in Springfield where you wake up and your kids playing and happiness you can find that here it's awesome place to live I would recommend it highly to anybody

The staff is excellent. They work hard to make you happy. Gated and safe! If a mobile home was what I wanted, This is the place I would choose to live.

Nice park.

Went to pick up grandkids. First time there. Seemed very nice. It was clean and units were well cared for.
All had porches and some had car ports.
