Staff Carpet

We had a great experience with the team from Staff (Zach) and also the installers (Tim & team). Aaron helped answer all of our (many) questions and the purchase process was seamless. When it came time for both installs, Tim’s team was so helpful and skillful. The floors look awesome and we are very happy. Thanks to all! (We will post an update in a year or so.)

My installer, Timothy Beckham and his team were wonderful! They worked very hard, cleaned up after and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. My floors look great! My sales man Zach Mast was also great.

Getting the carpet ordered was simple and quick our salesman Zack was great!! When it came to the installment also a great job from Tim and his crew they were more than great!! They were efficient and paid attention to detail, I would request them the next time we put in flooring five stars all the way!

We have had the pleasure of working with Kim and her team at Staff Carpet on a few occasions. For this most recent occasion it was finishing the flooring in our restaurant. The first time around we simply purchased the flooring and then installed ourselves and the 2nd time around we decided it would be best to let the professionals do it. AMAZING. We were so blown away. Not only were the two gentlemen so incredibly kind and just all around professional- they were so fast and talented! We were in shock at how quickly they accomplished the job and that it was just FLAWLESS. I so wish I would’ve had them install the first time around because it’s so worth it. The flooring just looks amazing all around though. We were impressed with the selection, customer service, and just our all around experience. I highly recommend Staff Carpet for all flooring needs!

We bought our floors from staff carpet when building our house 4 years. Ago there were what appeared to be some manufactured defects and when we brought this to Kim’s attention she immediately began to rectify the situation and find solutions. She gave us a full credit toward upgraded flooring. We could not be happier about how she handled the situation. Whether you are building a new home or upgrading your flooring we would absolutely recommend Staff Carpet!

I love our local Staff carpet. They did an excellent job a few years ago when I re-did my kitchen. I recently needed to make my house safe for my dog after surgery. The staff was super helpful setting me up with mismatched carpet tiles for a discount to help my dog negotiate our house after hip surgery. My dog is making great strides in his recovery since he can walk without worry now. From the salesmen that helped me to the warehouse staff, service was great even though I wasn’t there for a big job. Thanks Staff carpet.

Just when I thought great customer service was a thing of the past, I had the good fortune of dealing with Kim Staff and her amazing staff. I have so much positive feedback to share that I swear this review can turn into a monologue or handbook on how to treat customers.
I replaced ALL the flooring in my home with hardwood and tile with the exception of the bathrooms and it was a huge undertaking.

Kim and her team go above and beyond! We’ve worked with them on both Commercial and Residential and you won’t find better service. No matter how big or small the project is, Staff Carpet can handle it all.

Kim and her team helped us considerably on an entire home renovation during the pandemic. There literally wasn't a room that they didn't help improve. Kim is knowledgeable, fair, listens to concerns, does the right thing and goes above and beyond to delivery a great finished product. Great people and will use again.

Tim! I call him the "adult" sales guy. He got me! My goofy, quirky and a bit strange personality. He made picking out my remnants fun fun. And talk about patient,...On the more serious side, It's great to buy from a privately owned business rather than a national chain. Keep the economy local. Come here, it's worth it.

We purchased flooring for a self installed whole home remodel. The staff were easy to work with and John Staff went above and beyond. Loading was easy as we backed our truck into the loading dock and they pallet loaded with a fork lift.
