Nice community with a variety of homes both older and newer to fit any budget when looking for a home! Caring staff makes it easy to go into the office and talk to someone if you have anything that needs to be addressed.

Zach is an outstanding example of recognizing people and opportunities not to be passed by. In not only selling a home but also selling business opportunities to someone that may or may not be looking for one. And they have outstanding homes available and a choice of lots and locations. It would be and outstanding opportunity for a great place to live and grow a thriving business. Great personnel also round out the staff.

Very nice community. Very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and no issue has ever been addressed that hasn't been readily resolved. I feel very safe here and its nice and quiet. I highly recommend Oakwood Estates for anyone looking into a manufactured home community.

I have lived in oakwood estates for about 5 years the staff is excellent its a very nice place to live a big thanks to tom, carol, heather, Cory and Kevin for everything u guys have accomplished. Deidre Dodd and rob dougherty
